It is difficult to differentiate between areas were you can just seat, relax and enjoy the view from those reserved for the restaurant use (they will not let you consume anything that you did not purchase there). While at the restaurant, one of the waitresses served us wine on a glass that was cracked on two places, but they changed us the glass and topped it off with new wine. When checking the indoor pool, there was a spider walking around it like she owned the place…

It is a beautiful hotel. It had everything you could possibly need so you don’t have to leave the hotel for anything, and at a reasonable price!

I didn't get to have breakfast because I had to be at the airport by 6am. I think breakfast should be served earlier for travelers who have to leave early.

I liked the way the rooms are arranged. Its safer than the normal long hallway corridors most hotels have. I loved the open floor plan and visual you have when going from your room to the lobby.

The Nigerian man was very rude to the BLACK kids he scream in their face saying he would put them out and give money back because they ran to each other to greet each other because a friend was entering the lobby.. when He said what he said they said yes sir and he actually ran towards them I recorded my stay with the other kids (not black) running in lobby and not once did he say anything to them I'm very upset Because my kids were very Sad because they really didn't do anything wrong

The freezing, ice-cold pool. I couldn't stay in past my ankles. Brrrrr. The indoor pool was my main reason for choosing Marriott.

It is not secured. The hotel appears to be a community hub if some kind. People came and go as they please. No restriction. You only have exclusive access to your room but everywhere else in the building could be accessed by everyone regardless with no questions asked. The building comes to life with noise and whittles, young male everywhere with hoodie. It was scary for me. I wouldn't stay there alone and would not be going back there.

Breakfast was scrambled egg, bacon, sausages, porridge and melon fruit. It is the same every day and there is not enough varieties. We could not eat the same for 7 days straight. We went out of the hotel for breakfast else where on 3 occasions. It appears as though the tea and coffee were been horded. These were removed long before the breakfast ends, 10am. Location is great at it is close to Hobby airport.

When you book through a third party, you don't find out that the complementary breakfast is NOT complimentary unless you are a rewards member, or you PAY extra ... which isn't really complimentary, is it? In addition, we flew in, so we had NO transportation to "local" restaurants, so you were forced to dine in their over-priced restaurant. It wasn't until the last day that the manager let us know a breakfast menu was available. This is important because my husband and I do not eat enough for a $16 breakfast buffet. This is grossly unfair, especially to those traveling with children, or on a budget. We chose not to eat very much during our stay.

This property is absolutely fabuloous! It was clean, beautiful, and the staff was attentive each time we interacted.

$100 deposit fee that was not told to me before hand. When we left, we came back to the sheets being changed to bloody sheets that wasn’t ours. The walls are thin so you can hear when your neighbors open and close their door.

The shuttle driver taking us to the airport was very gruff and in my opinion rude. We were a family of 6 and he made our 3 young boys get off the shuttle, then right back on again for no apparent reason. I let him know that I considered him very rude. He tried to apologize when dropping us off at the airport, but I still did not appreciate his attitude toward us.

We did not have breakfast. When I booked I thought they had complimentary continental breakfast but that wasn't the case.
