Our first stay at this location we get here at 3am for a late check in on Sat morning as we we’re supposed to be there Friday the gentleman that was working was the working was the worst customer service person I ever ran into. I went to wo to he says what do you want I said need to check in he says name ( with attitude) I give it to him he he says 3hundrrd and something so I gave him 370.00 even though it was supposed to be 233.00 so then he comes over throws my chance and says smart remark people who can’t count. Then he tossed the room key and walked away. So we went found room went in and it looked okay till we walked into bathroom it was dirty as you can see by the photos. Then we found a bug crossing the floor in the area of the sink then another in the bathroom then a few in the bedroom over the next few days. We wanted to leave but already paid cash to say. And everywhere else was bold. Not sure what can be done but we are very disappointed with this stay

Good location to where we needed to be for our trip but we will never choose this location again.

No breakfast available well before ending time. Tub not clean. Office and room shabby and in need of much repair. Grounds and surrounding area not astetically pleasing.

No breakfast as advertised. The vending machine was so outdated with products that the cans were literally busted open inside the machine. I booked a king bed but was told there were none available at check in. We received a double instead. Overall very rundown facility.

Went into the room and for starters there was no heat on at all. So it took a while to get the room heat it up. I was tired and it was 8 o’clock in the evening. Floors were dirty and nothing was comfortable stains on the sheets

My spouse woke me up in the middle of the night say she was bitten by some bugs. We pulled back the sheets and saw some dark specks , took pictures and then magnified them yes they were bugs in both beds. I then realize I to was bitten. In over 40 years of driving and staying in different hotels along I 95 between New York and Florida , 4 round trips this year alone this was my 1st (flea bag motel experience) so to speak. We stayed in room 108 . Could not sleep left early in the morning after informing front desk.

Not clean, when complained they said everything was clean despite we showed them pictures of very stained bedcover and quite wrinkled bedsheet. Wrinkle doesn’t matter if you only have to sleep in but bedcover had cigarette burnt holes when we booked non smoking room. Even after complaining same bedcover was still there. There were flies and hair on the floor as well. Waited for 1 hour at night and it was already 10 pm by the time we got the room. Linen was still smelling smoke cause clearly the linen was from a smoking room as it had burnt marks. We left in the middle of the night as just couldn’t sleep with all the smell.

On the website it stated there was a complimentary breakfast. However, when we got there they did not have bagged breakfast or anything. The AC unit in the room kept shutting off leaving it rather warm for an August day. Also, as we were leaving there was a woman screaming outside for at least twenty minutes or more. We did not feel safe or comfortable for our daughter.

The price was reasonable and the bed was comfortable.

I did not like finding bed bugs on the floor. I had bites on my arms face and back. Never will I use Priceline again.

Staff aged location tub paint was peeled off floors were filthy and no tv. Stayed my pet could come but not allowed when arrived.

There was no breakfast. The housekeeper told us to give her our sheets and towels before check out. Staff was fighting outside our room door.
