The problem I had was when I went to shower and I saw that one end of the curved shower curtain was broken and the other end was nearly pulled off the wall. The shower curtain kept bunching up and sliding to the center of the shower curtain which made it difficult to keep the water from splashing out while showering. I complained to the front desk but was told that maintenance did not work on weekends but she did take a note. After opening the window curtain, I also found a hole in the sheetrock on the far side of the bed where someone kicked or hit a hole in the wall. The kitchenette is nice but you need to bring everything you need for cooking & cleaning purposes. Regarding breakfast, I was told there was coffee & breakfast to go. I found that breakfast to go was a Nutribar and the dining in breakfast consisted of only oatmeal. Since I was only staying 1 night, I did not worry about getting another room but if I was staying longer, I certainly would have asked for one. All in all, acceptable, certainly inexpensive price for the area but I would not stay here again in like conditions.

The location was good. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and easy to check in. The room was clean and a/c worked very well. The shower had good hot water. The beds were comfortable.

Bath tub drain clog. Needs new fresh fluffy towels. More efficient stove top burners. Hallways needed to be vacuumed & freshened by opening windows. Mattresses are not firm. Room needs an overhead light on ceiling between living area & bed.

Needs updated stove top & 3 burners, fridge needs some repair, brighter light bulbs, firmer mattress Housekeeping fresh, clean linens & towels, toiletries. Kitchenware & toaster. Hallway carpet needs vacuuming! I deserve a discount for the lack of cleanliness & amenities I have endured provisions ! This property needs cleaning staff & kitchen supplies!

No housekeeper service: needs clean towels daily, clean bed linens, clean carpets in room & hallway! Toiletries furnished by ESA & kitchen items: toaster,, Sauce pan, etc. Room needs brighter lightbulbs!

i was double charged , please advise receptionist on how to check customers in when booking using 3 party sites. i had paid online but instead of using the card on file he said that it didn’t show payment. he got the second reservation right though. He was nice and accommodating

I booked the 2 rooms thru booking.com. I was supposed to get 1 room with 1 bed and another room with 2 beds. When we checked in the desk clerk said they didn't have a room with 2 beds. They asked if a 1 bed suite with a fold out couch would work .I agreed to that but said when a 2 bed room became available that we would need to be swtched.they kept saying that room was not available even after we called and asked for a 2bed room and they said they had one.

was dirty, stinky, the refrigerator wasn’t clean the stove wasn’t clean, I found food between the sofa I found trash under the bed but my biggest complaint was how the room stinks. I had to bay an aromatic candle
