I had to be moved to another room because the AC wasn't working. When we were moved to the other room we had a little problem with bugs (flying and crawling). There was a dead spider on the lampshade. The outlet covers were broken, the remote control was coming apart and I had to push the sides together for it to work right. We were placed on the bottom floor which I wasn't comfortable with because this hotel had problems with mice and snakes. I think this hotel is checked off our list. Sad because if it wasn't for the issues I would definitely go back.

I like the location, the bed was actually comfortable. The one employee that I saw when I was there was nice and he tried to fix an issue that we had with the room.

The late night noise in the parking lot, the constant clinking of beer bottles, and the stench of marijuana smoke. I even was horrified to have marijuana smoke come through the closed door and stink up my entire room.

There was no breakfast. The room was fantastic.

I arrived around 12:30 for check in I booked 2 rooms. After carrying everything up and getting settled in One of my rooms was cock roach invested floors, tub and cabinets were nasty dirty I went back down and had to ask for another room so at 1:30am I was packing up and moving rooms. The next room they gave me was clean but missing cabinet doors and the fridge was put in opposite so it was hard to get the doors open to put things in and out. They said breakfast bars and coffee would be available till 9:30 I went down at 9 and they were already taking things up, which I don’t understand because it was just granola bars, oatmeal and coffee.

I tried to check in around 5, waited 30 minutes, dining the service bell, calling the office, nobody showed up. Went to play my gig and when I returned later that evening it took 20 minutes before someone finally came to the front desk so I could check in, As I was gathering things in the morning a man knocked On my door asking if I was ready to check out at 9 o’clock, I told him I would be checking out at 11. He continued to stand around and knock on the door, even opening it telling me that I do not have a late check out. When I ask what time check out was he said 11 so I replied that’s when I will be checking out. He knocked a couple more times saying that I do not have a late check out and then finally left. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired

While the bedding appeared clean, this room had not been cleaned well. I was shocked to find trash under the bed; eleven empty water bottles, a dirty wadded up diaper and other debris. The chairs had not been wiped down well. There was pink mold in the bathtub and the shower curtain liner was stained with mold. I know that mold is hard to wash out of a fabric liner, but stained liners should be bleached or replaced.

The price was right and it was a place to sleep. The staff was courteous in all our interactions. The bed was comfy and appeared clean. We slept well until people started talking outside our window at 4:30 a.m. This was not the hotel's fault, of course.
