Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesNeeds some more updating. There was no type of door trim on the bottom of our room door, so we could see light from the hallway under. The gap made me feel uneasy, like someone could easily see under or know that we were inside. Or bugs/pests could crawl in from the hallway. There was also some mold growing in the roof of the bathroom shower and bathroom windowsill.
Great price for the location, and the room was a great size with a private patio with seating. Had both a microwave and fridge, and plenty of outlets.

GuatemalaTheir property is divided into sections, so at the time we got there, there was parking available close to the main building but then you have to walk across the street to another room section, it feels weird. There is nothing close by in regards of restaurants or something like that. The room has a full carpet, there was a big watery stain on one side of the bed... awful.
The room had nice amenities such as Microwave and a small fridge, thick curtains so we could sleep in a bit more in the morning. Free parking space is always a bonus.

United StatesParking was an issue, especially if one comes back to facility after dark. The rooms were both "updated" yet not fully with outdated cabinets, a hole in door, non-working sink drain but otherwise clean. Heavenly Village has concerts that are quite loud and can hear it. Not hotel's fault but worth alerting, especially if you have kids or need an early bedtime.
Overall pretty comfortable. Breakfast was good, though wish it had more variety - very carb heavy (pancake and waffle bar).

The location is good and they have free parking. bed was comfortable. heater worked well and so did hot water.

United StatesThe hotel is currently comprised of 3 buildings at 3 parallel streets. All the guests on busy ski weekends are invited for breakfast to a tiny place in one of the buildings. The dining area is extremely crowded in the mornings - the wait for the toasts/waffles/pancakes is very long, and there are very few tables available.
Quite central location, within walking distance to the center of the town. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast items are quickly restocked.
