First room had terrible mold (couldn’t breathe), switched to a room that toilet ran every 15 minutes all day and night, had roach in bathtub, ran out of breakfast (no milk, cereal, yogurt). Had waited in lobby for coffee at 6am and told coffee doesn’t start til 7. I stayed at lobby by machine until 7:20 talking to staff and waiting. At 7am waited 20 more minutes for cups, I stepped away for 2 minutes to grab a cereal bowl and they put a sign on that the machine was broken. (They waited til I stepped away to put the sign up and the machine was working, they just didn’t want ppl using it). Doors were warped, fridge froze our food on the proper setting, it just needs some cleaning, fixing and TLC.

Location was great. Very good value, but it comes at a price: facilities running down (toilet ran all night long due to broken flapper, roach in tub).

It wasn't cleaned all the way... there was pee on the floor and hair in tub along with dirt "piles" in the corners of the bathrooms and crumbs of stuff along each of the beds

Staff at the reception needs to be changed. Every interraction with them feels like you bother them and they wish you were gone aleady. Carpets in rooms are extremely dirty

Hotel is old, it would be better if they make a renovation. Breakfast time is only from 7 till 9 am and is not so good.

Nice place, quiet, clean. You can park your car right in front of the room. Location also is good, it takes only 10-15 minutes to get to DC by car.

Nothing nearby or in the vicinity of it. Including restaurants, cafes, stores etc. However its near the highway, so if driving you can jump on it right away! The breakfast is only 2 hours and ends exactly at 9 am. if you have a car, a great spot! If not you may find yourself struggling as uber, lyft is quite unreliable ( not to mention pricey)

The included breakfast was great! It included: scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, baking goods and more! It was a great location if you have a car, but does require metro+ bus if commute parking was available on all 4 nights, with no need to search the room was large, spacious and overall clean.

They charged 25$ for early check in given I was there 30 mins advanced only. According to the associative their system doesn’t allow check in prior to 15 mins even if the room is available. Late check outs with fees as well, I understand their policy but the hotel is not even packed. In addition please cover the gross dark/green colored pool water u have. It can be seen from breakfast room.

The rooms were low-key cheapy, and the front desk associate was very sleezy with giving us towels although we were there for about 5 days, wish the pool was actually clean to use since it was in the description of the hotel

The shower curtain needs to be moved over, it is right above the lip on the handicap access to the shower and causing a lot of water to splash over to the toilet side, which makes it quite unsafe. And I think there's a leak in the wall because the bed side of the shower was wet after the family took theirs.

I did like the location. Being right of the interstate was nice. It was very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery which the reason for our visit.

Bummed the shuttle no longer runs to the metro station and airport. The pool will never be operational. Need to update your listing on those things. Rooms are a little dated.

Breakfast was very good, and the room, but when we arrived at 4:00am from our flight from PR, there was no one at front desk, and we had an employee from Comfort Inn who called to Pentagon, and then they received us at front desk.

The room is a little bit dark at night, the light is too few and too small. Also, though the breakfast was included, the qualities and amount of supplies were not enough. We had our breakfast around 30-40 minutes before the end of supply, almost nothing left. No orange juice, toast and not even with fork.

The location of the hotel, plenty of parking space without charges, spacious room and cleanness. Water was warm enough and pressure was good as well.
