Room smelled musty, stains on furniture, very outdated, AC didn't work well. Could not use water park because I didn't have children with me.

Room was not clean. Found a vape in our room, stains on floor, on sheet and in bathroom. Bathroom ceiling was gross and didn’t feel comfortable enough to shower. Advertised free breakfast but it was nowhere to be found. Coffee has grounds in it and couldn’t be drank.

Very dirty all around. Stains on my blankets. Doors didn't actually seem to lock even when you had them locked. The breakfast was not really all that good. Flies were in the donuts. The girls running the breakfast didn't even want to refill the milk so we could use it for our cereal.

The hotel is run down, needs a lot of work. The halls and rooms smell moldy, and like a wet dog. Everything is out dated in the rooms, the mattresses are awful, so was the pillows and bedding.

The water park area was decent but could be better if they kept the area cleaner and the water warmer.

The entire facility needs to be overhauled. It looks like it was once a conference center. It has a restaurant that is closed. The water park wasn’t open - there was no water in the pool. Breakfast was coffee, juice and Nutri-grain bars eaten in the lobby. All the furniture was beaten up. We were there for the eclipse, and when we got to totality, the parking lot lights came on, ruining the experience.

Need to have, consistent, dependable, strong Wi-Fi signal 24/7! Internet kept shutting off all different times during the entirety of my stay!

Location for eclipse! was exceptional. Internet kept turning off! So many stragglers in lobby. No secured, locked doors of premises all day long!?

Beds were too small, had to get another room as first room lighting didn't work & fire / smoke alarm was broken and hanging off the wall

Closet door wouldn't close, lamp between the beds didn't work, safty latch on the door was broke off, security device on outside doors were not functioning, had one wash cloth for four people, killed roach in the bathroom. Was very noisy with kids running in the hallway.

Needed a lot of maintenance. It was not clean enough. building was run down on the outside and in the room we stayed in. Could be nice if they maintained the building.

The hotel is old with cheaper maintenance, the carpet smells terrible in the whole hotel, and the bathtub is the worst one that I have ever seen in my life. This hotel needs a complete renovation.

The entire facility smelled stale, especially the room. The air conditioner and bathroom fans were so loud that we couldn’t use them. The continental breakfast consisted of granola bars and cereal.

The room I stayed in had missing picture on wall, there was nail polish that had been spilled and not cleaned up properly....the bed cover had cig burn hole,, fridge had some mildew on the seal, the sink looked half washed. The water park wasn't open. Only open Friday to Sunday @3pm. The back door did not have secure access it was open to anyone. That is kind of concerning

The price was decent. The adjoing rooms was nice. Made east for me n friends in room next door.

Needs an update. My room had a surge protector right on the tv stand for the fridge, microwave, and it just wasn’t look good. Beds are small for two adults. Toilet runs all day and night unless you pull up on the broken handle.

The bathroom wasn't the best. There was a panel missing with wires hanging in our bathroom. There was rust in the vents and while the sheets seemed like they were clean they had a few stains. For what I paid this was subpar. The dead fish in the parking lot that come from the pond was also off-putting. Overall, it was just very outdated for a Quality brand hotel.

For one night at this location this hotel was fine, but I wouldn't stay longer than that. The staff checking in and out was nice. The lobby looked nice.
