Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesFor whatever reason the flies were bad at the hotel. It must be the area as we noticed they had fly traps located throughout the property. Also I think it should be told upfront that there is a $75 incidental charge when you book the hotel.

Great variety for breakfast [not the kind of food I normally eat but I understand why it's offered] except for fresh fruit: very green bananas [ripe by Xmas?] and juice oranges were the only options. The area was very clean.

United StatesThe air conditioner/heater started to just blow cold air even thought I had set it to 72. The temp dropped to 67 before I called the main desk. They told me to unplug the unit and plug it back in to reset the unit which then worked fine all night. Apparently this is a frequent problem, so maybe they should leave a note to that effect in the room.
Breakfast included eggs and sausages, both of which were low quality. But fruit and baked goods were plentiful and good.

United StatesIst night watching t.v. with the lights off, noticed in my peripheral to the left, roaches coming out of the phone & clock radio; since this wasn't my first encounter with roaches at various other motels over the years, I've learned to always take a can of ant/roach spray with me; I eliminated the roaches & didn't have any more problem with them or anything else
