Freezer was too old, we are 4 people stay in room 2 couples and there was 3 single one double bed.

Hotel is cute, staff is smiling and helpfully, surrounding is nice. Quite location.

Everything was quite fine. Only detail is since our stay was short, we couldn't take advantage of the laundry service at the hotel. The person at the front desk couldn't tell us where a laundromat was, but there was one two streets (250 meters) away.

The location is great, close to many shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly. The room was quite large and clean. There were a lot of services offered, like laundry, etc.

Car parking is not always easy.

Italy became European champion football, that evening. It was a wonderful event and the hotel staff was very much involved in a positive way. Dinner and breakfast were good as well.

Room was non-smoking but smelt like the last guests smoked in it, it was choking. Air-con is covered by the thick curtains. Beds uncomfortable. No tea/coffee facilities in room.

The hotel becomes older and older without any renewals. The rooms (and furniture) are still the same as 30 years ago, If you want to stay up to date, please renew this hotel. Because the place is perfect.

I was here with my oldest son to visit the GP F1 in Imola. But Hotel Domus is kind a special for us as family. For many years this hotel was our first night in our holidays to Italy. Every year we came at least one time, my kids grow up with this hotel. Now you see the teeth of time are doing their job, and the hotel is no longer what it used to be. Newer hotels have been added that are the same in terms of price. If we didn't have the emotion to this hotel, I would definitely consider another hotel. My son and I both agreed that this was a nice last time and that we will try another hotel next time.

We didn't actually get the room we booked at Hotel Domus. Instead, we were moved to another hotel (presumably sister hotel) in Maranello called Planet Hotel. This was not ideal as I'd booked the Domus as it was close to where my friend lived. The hotel we were moved to was about half a mile away, so it was not very convenient at all. When I tried to explain this, I was told it was not possible to fulfill my booking at the Domus because they had 'technical issues' - perhaps that meant they'd given my room to someone more important or for more money 🤔. I will never know. Planet Hotel was average. The location is good if you are visiting Ferrari stuff. The TV didn't work properly, and neither did the climate control, so the room was boiling, and staff were not very helpful in this regard. Seems like they were also having 'technical issues'. The room was not set up as a twin room as per booking, but this was rectified the next day. The breakfast was very basic.

There is nothing to like as we never got the be in the hotel we booked

They switched our hotel and called it an "upgrade to a suite in a 4 star hotel". In reality it was a downgrade to a hotel that shouldn't have those stars.

the water coming from the sink of our "room's bathroom" had a really nasty smell and taste to the point which we found kind of hard to use it

the aesthetics of the hotel and the room was quite nice even tho the "outside" does not seem good looking the staff and almost everyone working there was really nice the location is really really good

We were in a very small room, barely able to walk round the beds, has to side shuffle. Bathroom was very clean but also quite small and the shower only trickled water which was very hard work to wash my long hair properly! The air con I the room really wasn’t sufficient and the room was uncomfortably hot, though they are in the middle of quite extreme weather so this didn’t help.
