I booked from Sunday to Monday and they asked me for a deposit of 15 dollars that would be returned to my card in 48h and I still haven't received my money .I need an answer

Internet very poor reception Laundry machines were backed up for hours as people left their goods inside the machines for hours on end and nothing could be done I suggest 'you leave a pad that the visitors have to sign before they use the machine so that someone from your staff can alert them their laundry is finished and someone is waiting to use the machine you could develop and app for this You are way behind on your internet facilities and in effect are defrauding your guests by saying free wifi because it took a long long time to load a simple website page...this causes great frustration and will lose you visitors

the NON ANNOUNCING DESK CLERK ENTERING OUR ROOMS....BEING SNEAKY OR MB the proper word to use is NOSEY. MY 74 Yr old mom & I are shell shocked & traumatized by ESA's employee KATHERINE violating our space while sleeping in our rooms. I'm having a VERY Hard time sleeping ( PTSD,ANXIETY and feeling UNSAFE HERE!!!!!

The floors in the room were filthy, had to wear shoes the entire time I was there so my feet wouldn't get dirty. The stove/oven was very updated and couldn't tell what the settings were on the dials. The faucets sprayed water out in different directions both in the kitchen and bathroom. There was a musky smell in the room and halls and people were smoking just outside the doors and in the stairwells. When there was supposed to be NO SMOKING and MUST BE 100 feet away from the doors of the hotel. The was a strange man still in a vehicle all day in the back of the parking lot, I let the front desk know and call the police. Don't know what was done no one followed up with me about it. But the AC did work good.

I booked this hotel not only for the location but the fact that it had a pool. It was very disappointing that the pool wasn't open. Moreover, I requested that the rooms either be side by side. Understandably, they didn't have side by side room, but someone could have notified me of that. The rooms were on two different floors.

The room interior is out dated. The appliances are pretty old and not clean. For a 2 night stay $290.00 is not worth the price with everything within the room is outdated. This location could be very popular with some modeling to the rooms.

The location was perfect for access to the Highway. The bed was comfort.

We got in later than expected. Only to find out that the room they gave us was not the one I booked. Had to find a different hotel to accommodate us at 11pm. On our brief walk through. The place smelled and looked dirty.

I didn't like the fact that my vacation was too short so I didn't get to stay a little longer.☺️ But everything met my expectations so I have nothing to complain about.

The front desk associate was very nice, friendly and helpful. The room OMG, was comfortable and very clean. and the location was perfect... I will be returning with my family to this Extended Stay America Suites off Lenoir Ave.South in Jacksonville FL.😊

The pool was extremely small and barely any seating. We had to bring our own chairs every single time. Our first room, 308, smelled absolutely awful (like dog pee), and the carpet looked so gross. We moved the next day to room 303, and it had nice flooring (that made our feet black) and no smell. Both rooms had disgusting stoves, and they were super old. I didn't like that we had to ask for pots/pans/utensils, ect. We had to take our own trash because apparently the cleaners don't come but every two weeks. The trash bags were also so thin and small and had no ties, so they ripped very easily and couldn't tie it very well. The "breakfast" was coffee, granola bars, and premaid muffins. What kind of breakfast is that?! Oh, and the "gym" is a treadmill and a cycling machine, that's it. My family will never stay at a Extended Stay hotel. Very poor.

everything except location filthy- floors, bathroom, entire kitchen, carpet, hallways, lobby, elevator.. refrigerator was NASTY!!!! microwave… I wanted to throw up!!! the floors were sandy and sticky! the drawers were so NASTY!!!!!!!!! OMG!!! the toilet didn’t flush unless you held down the flush handle.. one night!!!
