Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesToilet seats are too small, too short, and hard to get up from. Need to add options for handicapped travelers. When wiping up a wet spot on the floor it became obvious the floor hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. No regular TV channels available, streaming only.

United StatesSo I booked a 2 bed but they gave us a 1 bed at the second floor. It’s horrible coz they don’t have an elevator. We have to carry our heavy luggage they don’t have a cart or trolley. The hallways is like in horror movie, dim narrow and smells like weed or cigarettes. Room floor is dirty and sticky, shower is broken, refrigerator and microwave is dirty.

The front desk blamed the roaches on "a couple Mexicans that stayed there"... what? Are you really serious? People don't import roaches into YOUR motel!
