The first room smelled like sex and smoke. I reported it to the staff and they switched our rooms . We had 3 rooms they al had the same issues.

Floor in the room was very dirty and I had to wear shoes at all times. Furniture was old and chipped up. Price was quite high for condition of the property.

Comfortable bed and big, clean bathroom. Refrigerator was very good and made ice quickly. Location was very convenient. Staff was excellent.

Horrific. Trying to get full refund as there were bugs, (was bitten” it was filthy dirty, broken ac, broken window that allowed fumes from people smoking drugs outside the window cone into the room. No luck with regular d YET. Nothing available in the “full kitchen”. I mean Completely empty . No fishes no pans no coffee maker no uti self. NOTHING.Went to front desk and they said “ first come first serve “ No breakfast available as was advertised. No coffee. The entire hotel was fifth. Sneaked so bad that had to hold nose while walking to the room . Toilet broke and could not get anyone at front desk after calling for 1 hour. Even tried to call as a new reservation and still no answer. Shower water faucet was broken. Handles from dresser broken and hanging off. This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had and they charged be over 300 per night. I have called their corporate to complain x3 and still no answer to my complaint I had to go stay in another hotel at $150 per night after toilet broke. So out alit of money for “ a gutter” I recommend that you remove this hotel from you app. I told corporate that they should go visit this location and they would be horrified

Many thing, as when we entered in the room there was very stinky smell and the carpet was waity and even we told this to receptionist they were not able to accept. Such a bad experience we got. In the name of breakfast they were provide only muffins and coffee. We spent almot $447 for 2 days, so for this much of money it's not worth. I would say the hotel rent should be between $80 to $90 per day max. My money was deducted 2 times and now frontdesk not even answring on that. Still waiting for their response on resolution.

The smell. The people. Dogs running around the hallways. We did not sleep her. We checked out after we got back from our function and found a new place to stay. This was horrible and I felt dirty when I left

Nothing. This place was disgusting. As soon as you walk in the carpets are dirty, staff is confused. Hallways smelled like cigarettes and mildew. When we walked into our room it smelled like an ashtray the sheets were stinky as well.

Room had a terrible odor. Even after I put an air freshener in. Step up to tub/shower is not at all handicapped friendly. Old rusty refrigerator. Handicapped room was upstairs and way down the hall from the elevator. Very hard for my 90 year old husband. We left a day early, even though it was paid for.

EVERYTHING! the rooms need cleaning desperately maintenance not done leaking sink kitchen sink leaking broken wall plate windows stuck open room stench toilet seat broken hair and dust on toilet.dust and dirty tissue under beds .had to transport the hotel dishes myself to another room the stench was horrible throughout my stay until sunday mornng i smelled cleaning products.

She shouldn't have taken anything off my card if I had agreed to pay in cash she also shouldn't have tricked me into cancelling just to charge me a $89.00 cancellation fee when I agree to a reserve now pay later with 100 percent refund. But she still stole off my chime card. And I have spoken to my lawyer in regards to this matter. Due to the fact I am a single mom and I am also homeless the money she took was for me and my kids food and I had the cash in had for the room so after she took my only cash I had in my account I had no choice but to sleep in my car with my children due to the scam artist in charge at your company. I explained over and over that I really needed that money and she wouldn't listen and I was only left with the money I had on had and it was all I had left $100 I had to sleep in our car so tell that lady thank you she ever knows a person situation and should always try to keep the customer happy but she showed no sympathy for my situation.

I got robbed by these people after I booked a reserve now pay at property and I cancelled because they took my money off my card before the day of my reservation even though I was suppose to pay at the property I wanted to pay in cash I spoke with the lady there and she refused to let me pay in cash and to take the hold off my money she refused after I explained again I didn't agree to pay with my card so she forced me to cancel my reservation just so she can still charge me a cancellation fee for the price in full for the room I never even got to stay because she was so very nasty and rude I will never reserve another room here ever again
