Never had such a bad hotel like this...really...lound due to highway, breakfast is a shame, toilet was not working, drink automat took my money without giving a drink...bathroom very very old fashion...

#1…. There was no tv remote. The desk lady brought one to our room. #2……. There was not one dish, cup or water glass . Things you would really expect to find in an extended stay type of room. The desk lady brought a tub of that stuff to our room with the explanation that nothing is being left in the rooms due to Covid. #3….no ice bucket. We didn’t even ask about that. No washcloths or hand towels. Didn’t ask about that one either! The worst part was the bed!! The mattress is zipped up in some type of cover that makes a loud crunching noise when ever you move. Not to mention horribly uncomfortable. And last but not least, the room cost us 166.00 for one night. On the printed receipt it states that at this price point not enough money was spent to qualify for their rewards program! Not that I have any desire to join but seriously?

"Breakfast" is granola bars and prepackaged muffins you pick up in the lobby and take back to your room. Thats literally it.

I felt sorry for the ONE person checking in a line of 15+ people. After 30 minutes in line I asked the three guys ahead of me if I could give them each $50 toward dinner to go ahead of them and they agreed. THEN when it was my turn the lady wanted my wife's ID. We've been to over 60 countries and never had this question (excluding passports). So the delay continues as I walk outside to get her ID. Extended Stay is a JOKE. No dishes, silverware, coffee pot NOTHING but 1/2 roll of TP plus one spare, two TINY bars of soap--NOTHING ELSE. Could they print a boarding pass NO, Got ice NO NEVER AGAIN

It smelled wretched. Like someone had recently died in the room. The facility was incredibly dirty. We couldn’t sleep because all the people staying around us kept slamming their doors. We weren’t even given a small refund back even though we paid for 3 nights and only slept here 1/2 a night. What a complete waste of money. We were so nauseated by the smell we had to leave. They didn’t have a single room available to switch us to so we left and rented another stay somewhere else. We also won’t be booking through Booking.com either. The hotel tried to give us a refund back for the 2 nights (once they found out how bad it was and didn’t have another room available to move us to) but couldn’t because we booked through Booking.com. We filed a claim and never heard back. Won’t make that mistake twice.

The rate supposedly included Breakfast but nothing was there aside from Grits!! The front desk lady said “we did not get the truck”. If so, why wasn’t room rate reduced? Aldo, there were no pots, pans or toaster in the room. The lady had the audacity to say I don’t have time to clean dishes.

There was a bad smell in the room—somewhere between moldy and mildewed I asked front desk person for some air freshener or spray and she said someone else had asked her the same thing but they didn’t have any spray—think they might get the hint the place smells bad ?

My room smelled so bad, like stale smoke. I turned on the air to get some circulating in the room thinking that would help and that make it worse.

The front desk staff is always so cheerful and kind. The room is a good price for what you get.

The floor was dirty, the sheets were dirty with hair and black stuff, the cabinets were ripped up on the bottoms and warping(like water damage or something), walls were dirty. It was Bad....for $177

there was no toothpaste , shampoo , soup, and tea pot or any plait or spoon or fork or ... nothing. beds and matters was horrible and very old and zero quality , everyone got pain in their back. Breakfast was only coffee. what we experienced there was %100 opposite of what we read at your website about this hotel. very bad.

The bed was comfortable but had my doubts on cleanliness because I found a hair on the blanket. The room had an odor even after I sprayed Lysol everywhere the carpet was dirty and stained. The kitchen looked very old and a cabinet door was missing. I also wiped everything we would touch with Clorox wipes I felt that I had to. I will never stay here again.

When we arrived late in the afternoon, no rooms were ready. Management staff members were running around, trying to clean. The person at the front desk totally helpless and clueless as to what she should or could be doing.

The so-called breakfast was a granola bar available at the coffee stand in the small office space
