Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaWe arrived at 1.30pm and were advised the room was ready however check-in wasn't until 3pm. They then advised that if we wanted to pay additional fees, they could check us in now. We opted to wait the 1.5 hours. Additionally, the hotel advertises a shuttle service to the cruise terminal, however when I asked, they advised it comes at a cost of $25 USD per person. When I pointed out that taking an Uber would be more economical as it would be less than $25 for two of us, they didn't offer much of a response beyond a shrug.

The location was great. The room was definitely not worth the $300.00 we paid. The room was only halfway cleaned. There was no toilet paper holder, and the worst was when we turned down the bed covers, the sheets were all rumpled as if someone had gotten out of it and just pulled the bedspread up. When I said something the next morning, no apology was offered. At breakfast the next morning, there was no milk for the cereal, and the walffe iron only cooked the waffle halfway through

United StatesAll of the rooms had a balcony but during the night you can not see anything because of the street lights shining on the hotel. There is a lot of light around the hotel for safety. That I like.
Location is good and easy to get to. I enjoyed the breakfast because there was a variety of breakfast food to choose from and everything was hot.
