You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesToo expensive for what you got. Room was not very clean. Tub was dirty. Only got one washcloth. Front desk didn't provide information at all regarding WiFi or breakfast time or anything. The room phone didn't work and couldn't have anyone bring anything to room because no staffing. It was not worth 180$ for sure.

United StatesLots of roaches. Killed one before bed and thought it wasn’t a big deal. But then I saw two on the counter when I woke up to use the bathroom, and later woke up to more roaches crawling on me in the middle of the night. When I mentioned it at checkout they just said “oh okay, we’ll call pest control” and didn’t offer any kind of discount/refund or anything. (They made me pre-pay when I booked, and now I know why.)
The beds were comfortable, until I woke up to roaches crawling on me.

United StatesOur toilet overflowed going into the bedroom. They only had one room left that had 2 double beds. These beds were rock hard. The guy working the front desk tried to accommodate us as best he could. The closet door was hanging off the hinges. We would not stay here again

United StatesThe floor was tacky and needed professionally cleaned. They could not always provide linens. They would leave a note telling us they would bring them by later however many days, of our 14 day stay, they never brought them to us. The wife had a small pouch of her jewelry, appx $120 worth, stolen out of a bigger bag they were in. We stayed there again Aug 2 through Aug 10 and I had my Ipad stolen out of my computer bag. The computer was still there but the ipad was gone. When I did a location find is was showing up in Elgin, IL. The lady at the front desk said they had never had this happen before and would not let us talk with the manager. We told her that was not true as it had happen just several weeks prior when we were staying there. We did get to talk with the manager about the jewelry and he comped us one night stay. The shower dripped continuously and the shower curtain hung so low that you could not help but stand on it while showering. Their pictures make their rooms look so much better than they really are.
The Location was the best thing about the stay. The parking spaces are wide giving you plenty of room for my pickup without worrying about getting my doors banged.
