We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesHorrible. Horrible. Horrible. Wyndham should have higher standards for hotels representing their name. I chose this hotel based on the Wyndham name thinking it would be a nice room. Upon arrival we were told we had an exterior non smoking room. It was definitely not a non smoking room. It smelt like an ash tray. I turned on the AC hoping to circulate air to get the smell out. The AC unit smelt of urine. The light in the restroom constantly flickered like a strobe light. I went to the front desk to express my concerns and ask for a refund. I was upgraded to an interior room. The interior room wasn’t much better. It still smelled of cigarettes. The entire hotel smells of cigarettes. The new room felt dirty. The comforter was stained. The furniture was outdated and stained. The AC vents were disgusting, the light switches were dirty. The ceiling tiles were water damaged. The baseboards/plastic molding was tacked on without regard. The bathroom lighting near the pool was flickering as well. The lobby furniture was old and outdated. There was a grocery store shopping cart inside on the 2nd floor. The soda machine and ice machine were both out of order. There was an emergency exit sign not properly mounted, it was hanging by a wire. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name on this hotel.

Had to switch the rooms 3 times due to no AC and finally found a room and the ac went out while we were sleeping . Hotel refused to compensate us for the issues. Manager stated it wasn’t their problem for a refund. I don’t recommend staying here.

United StatesI was given an outside access room. It was extremely unsafe for me, a female traveler with my sister. There were sex workers and their bosses and customers EVERYWHERE in the parking lot area and around the room. My sister and I were both aggressively approached my men just walking to our room. It was late at night when we arrived at the hotel. When I went inside the next morning I could see the rooms accessed on the inside looked much safer. The room we were given was awful. Run down. So gross. The bathroom was a joke. Door didn’t close. Water leaked. No drain in sink. The air conditioning unit is moldy. And the room was absolutely personally dangerous. We couldn’t leave it until morning. I would NEVER go there again. I feel the front desk man was very negligent sending us way back there and pretending he didn’t know the next day when I confronted him about giving us an outside room way back there that it’s sex worker/customer central. He’s lying. There’s no way he doesn’t know. I would be scared to death for any young women passing through there.

United StatesWe walked up to the front desk only to wait awkwardly while the hotel attendant ignored us. After about 5 minutes, another worker approached us without speaking. I told him that we were checking in, and he curtly asked for my ID and credit card. I gave him my cards and was given my room keys. While all of the pictures online show indoor hotel rooms, we were told that we would access our room outside. While walking to our room, we passed a group of loud and rowdy people smoking, drinking, and hanging out in the parking lot in front of the hotel rooms. There were also people smoking and talking next door to our room. To put it mildly, we felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. However, the hotel room was the biggest disappointment. The room smelled like old cigarette smoke, the wall had a large crack covered by a bad paint job, the comforter had cigarette burns, the floors were dirty, the recliner was extremely dingy, the bathroom floor had bugs and the bathtub had mold. Unfortunately, because of the time that we arrived, my family had to stay the night. But we canceled the 2nd night and changed to another hotel.

United StatesOur rooms weren’t clean when we arrived, the cleaning lady argued with me stating that the rooms were cleaned. There weren’t any clean towels available when we arrived and I had to go to Walmart to buy our own. The bath tub still had hair in it… the sink in the kitchen area had old food in it from not being cleaned properly. The whole place smelled like cigarettes and weed. The small refrigerator unit in our room was dirty and smelled like pickles. The screen on the A/C thermostat didn’t work… the Hot tub in the pool area was literally cold and there weren’t any pool towels in the pool area…. I would avoid this place at all costs… unless you’re a fan of employees who are rude and hotels that should be closed down for improvements. Lastly: except for the Indian gentleman who worked overnight, the staff was TERRIBLE!!

United StatesThe staff members were rude and tried giving me a room with no running water. They had people staying there doing drugs and being very loud at midnight and the front desk did nothing about it. The room was very dirty and had bugs in the restroom. Never will I stay there again.

United StatesFor starters, the water pressure in the shower was like standing under a light trickle. Booty of the television arrangements had to be reprogrammed multiple times due to mismatched remote controls. But lastly and the most dissapointing wow the super freezing cold swimming pool temperature as well as the Hot Tub barely room temperature if that. You could turn on the timer to start the weak jets however the water never got any warmer much less HOT.
The double room suite was exceptionally convienent. It really made a difference feeling gore at home. The rooms cooled off fairly quickly & remained that way despite the extreme dry heat outdoors.
