We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe stayed in a suite with 2 adults and 3 kids. There was a separate room with a king-sized bed and its own bathroom w/ shower. An additional room had 2 queen beds and its own bathroom, including a shower, as well. Spacious layout with living room area and a small kitchen area with apartment-style appliances (2 burner stove top, dishwasher, full-size fridge). Located right off I-75. We were about a 10-minute drive to the mall/Walmart, movie theater, etc. There are ample restaurants nearby. The pool was larger with a 9 ft deep end and a roped-off 3 ft shallow end. Overall was clean and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Would stay here again. Breakfast was offered in the morning, however, we did not eat there as we got on the road.

United StatesStaff was rude, hot tub wasn't hot room service never visited my room. I booked this weeks ago and specifically said when i.booked it that I was arriving between 10-11. There was no mention at that time of a $40 extra fee if I checked in before 1pm. Had I was told that I would have not booked with this hotel. My event was at 1. I wanted a room and a shower and go.get changed before that. Instead I had to hull all my belongings back into my car change in the lobby bathroom and check in when I got back from my event having not had a shower all day! It was beyond ridiculous. Also I tried to relax in the hot tub that night (another reason why I booked this place). And it was COLD. Room service never came to my room on the second morning even after i left for.my conference on day 2.
It was close to my venue. Really great breakfast and the place was easy to navigate. Not sure what else. The room was pleasant enough.

United StatesThe pool and hot tub were filthy. The jacuzzi in our room wasn’t cleaned well. Our microwave sounded like it was about to explode. Our toilet kept running.
The bed is comfortable and the suite with the jacuzzi is great. It’s quiet. The staff goes above and beyond to help and greet guests - they are amazing! The food around the area is good.
