It needs plenty of updating and actually to be cleaned and swept walls wiped down carpet cleaned

The room was dirty and had dead roaches just laying around. The elevator had liquor bottles in it and was making a very loud noise when in use. My room had a very bad smell.

The morning staff was very friendly. The lady working when I checked was kinda of rude.

The room wasn't sufficient at all. There was things in the room wasn't working for the money paid. There were people standing on the outside like the innercity.

The room smelled horrible; Like wet, moldy, old basement. I wished I could have opened a window to air it out. The carpet floors look like they've never been shampooed and felt very gross to walk on barefoot. And the bed/pillows were very uncomfortable.

They had coffee and muffins for breakfast. Needing the room key to get into the building at night made me feel safer than the Budget Lodge across the street.

The housekeepers didn’t come check my room one time I was here to either restock the towels in the bathroom or refill my trash bags or anything like that. There was a “trash room” on the second floor where I stayed & it wasn’t taken out once from the time I was here. There was trash literally everywhere, and I know that sounds obvious but it just didn’t seem comforting at a hotel near people’s rooms, like it wouldn’t suprise me if there were mice in there.

I liked the waffle house being across the street. I liked the living areas in the room (microwave, fridge, stove, etc)

I didn’t like that I wasn’t notified before during booking about there being a extra $100 security deposit top of what I was already paying, therefore I didn’t stay because I couldn’t afford that and like I stated before I was not notified of that!

It has a bad odor on the inside the lobby a bad odor in the hallway. The doors was coming off the hinges. They had plastic all over the walls in the hallway. It’s almost like I was walking through a morgue. It should be closed

I DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THAT THE HOTEL WAS UNDER RENOVATION, SHOULD'VE BEEN INFORMED THAT IT WAS BEFORE I CHECKED IN. THERE WAS ROACHES IN MY ROOM,IT WAS SOME WHAT CLEAN.. MY FOOD SPOILED WASN'T COMPENSATED FOR IT,I WAS HOLDING ON TO IT SO MANAGEMENT CAN SEE IT. I HAD TO THROW IT ALL OUT ,IT HAD MY ROOM STINKING IT TOOK TO LONG TO SEE A MANAGEMENT. REPRESENTATIVE. I HAD TO SEND MY SON OUT OF THE HOTEL, HE IS SENSITIVE TO CIGARETTES SMELL, AND DIRTYNESS SO AM I AND THERE WAS SMOKING.,THE RECEPTION IN THE ROOM WAS HORRIBLE. FRONT DESK GAVE ME A NUMBER TO GET IT CHECKED OUT. THE AIR FROM THE HEAT FROM THE AIR CONDITIONER MADE MY SON AND I SICK.ALTHOUGH I HAD DISINFECTANT I KEPT FEELING SICK.SO WE WERE SICK THE MAJORITY OF OF OUR TRIP .I SPENT THE REMAINING OF MY TRIP BY MYSELF. NO ROOM SERVICE AS STATED,NO LAUNDRY SERVICE,HAD TO WASH CLOTHES AT A FRIEND'S HOUSE. ONE OF THE EYE OF THE HOT PLATE WASN'T WORKING. THE TOILET WAS LEANING . ASK TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER DIDN'T SEE ONE UNTIL THE NIGHT BEFORE I WAS LEAVING. I SHOULD NOT HAD SETTLE FOR WHAT THEY OFFER ME, I DON'T LIKE PPL TO LOSE THEIR JOB, I PAID TOO MUCH MONEY NOT TO GET WHAT I PAID FOR. I WAS FED UP.

IT WAS IN A GOOD LOCATION, FRIENDLY STAFF, WAS ABLE TO CHANGE MY LINENS., GOTTEN A NEW REFRIGERATOR WHEN I FOUND OUT IT WASN'T WORKING., I WAS COMPENSATED SOME WHAT OF A REFUND THIS WAS NOT MY FIRST TIME BEING THERE,MY HUSBAND AND I WAS THERE YEARS AGO. IT WAS MUCH CLEARER. MANAGEMENT WAS VERY RESPECTFUL,AND UNDERSTANDING. IT WILL BE A NICE PLACE IF IT WAS NOT UNDER RENOVATIONS.

Toilet would not flush the morning of us checking out, there was a smell in the room/hotel that wasn't so b pleasant...hallway was noisy with people coming in and out of there rooms slamming doors. assuming there was a family occupying that room.

It had bugs. The elevator did not work and I had an elderly person with me. No ice bucket in the room. The duvet cover was on the bed with no duvet in it and it was freezing. The coffee was cold and the staff was rude. The furniture in the rooms was nothing like it advertised. This was my worst booking.com stay thus far.

The property was not clean. Towels were not clean. The room was not the room I selected. Outlets were loose, toilet seat was loose. Breakfast was supposed to be included and was not.

Hired a through cleaning team, shampoo the carpets to remove the stitch; prepare a decent continental breakfast; I will never stay at this hotel site and I am affiliated with many organizations. I always try to provide recommendations for large gatherings from family to organization events; however; this has been a true nightmare.

The continental breakfast was insulting. One stale muffin and a granola bar in a box near the foyer/ registration desk. The room reaked the smell of pets unrine and anoxious barking of a dog barking through the night. No rest or sleep. The hotel attempted to mask the smell of the room with the AC running. Drapery ripe and hanging from the rod; issues with TV automatically decreasing or muting volume; the carpet was flithy;. kitchenette appeared it had not been throughly cleaned 8n months; burners and covers appeared unsanitized. The parking was accessible and we'll lit.
