Building 10 itself is a little far from the beach but not more than a 5 minute walk

We stay here every year around the same time and it’s always perfect! The condo is very well taken care of and modern, and Oceanwalk is a safe, gated community with great facilities including pools hot tubs and workout rooms. Being able to park in a garage at night is great.

Our family and I loved that the condo was well stocked with extras. If you forgot anything they had it! They had games to keep you entertained. Extra towls. All of the beach equipment you would ever need!

This place was exceptionally clean! I loved it was a gaited community with a nice pool, and a hot tub was a definite plus for us! The decor was great for a vacation spot, and the space was wonderful. The host was amazing and answered all my questions and was so easy to work with!

There was a lot of noisy maintenance work going on in the building as well as plastic covering handrails etc due to painting.

Lovely apartment in a very nice facility. The hosts were very responsive and wanted to be sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I loved the wooden walkway at the back of the property and walked it each day. I plan to stay here again in the future.

The only thing was that the sliding door to the patio was really hard to open and close

Ooo we just loved it... just seconds from the beach. Me and my husband ended up walking 6 to 8 miles every morning on the beach.. will definitely be back in May with the kids if it available at that time.

Not a single thing. We were very happy with the condo. It's dog friendly, so I wish we would have brought the fur-babies. I guess the pavement in August would have been hard on their paws, so it was probably for the best we left them home.

The condo had every necessity, Beach wagon, beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, everything. All you need is your food. Gated community. Garage parking. Elevator. Short walk to the beach, and safe. Nice waves every day, and the beach was never too crowded to put up our canopy. Two pools, hot tubs. 5-minute drive to the nearest grocery store, 10 minutes to New Smyrna downtown, and too many options to choose from. Only 1.5 hours from Orlando if you bring the kids. Just can't say enough good about our stay. It was so nice and relaxing there we found ourselves looking online at condos for sale.

We absolutely loved how spacious it was. It was so clean & we felt like we were at home. We also liked the walk to the beach & having 2 pools to go to. Loved having our coffee on the quiet balcony.

Nice walking path on the property, close to beaches, nice 2 bedroom 2 bath with lots of room and a nice balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Extra benefit was they except pets so we were able to bring our "baby" with us.

The city has limited activities, however if you want peace and quiet rest this would be the perfect location.

The condo exceeded our expectation, was very clean and perfect for our stay. The host gave us all the information we needed prior to our arrival and was responsive to questions. I would recommend this anytime to a family that wants to be near the beach.
