Needed a walk-in shower because it's hard to lift legs over tub, so we couldn't shower The bed was soft. I liked it just could've been a little firmer because your body sinks in and you have to roll a bit to get up, and the mattress was too tall. My wife had a hard time getting on she has the leg problems it was just too tall

The UNCLEAN FOUL BATHROOM.. The shower head was so covered in mold dirt and just unknowns. Who would let water that came out of that touch them.. All around the baseboards were the same thing. Mold mites and all. Looked as if pushing the dirt to the edges is common practice.. Fortunately I had Clorox cleanup.. I was nice enough I cleaned up...If that room looked like this I assume the rest did too.. The other positives were worth the 20 min to clean. For 175$ a night, STEP IT UP HOUSEKEEPING!

Some cleanliness issues/cosmetic problems with the room. Water damage on the ceiling, VERY stained couch bed, bugs in the ice tray. Shower was not sloped properly so after a shower you are left with an inch of standing water. Pool was closed for construction

I think the carpet in the room could be cleaned more frequently. Also, it would have been nice to have something to wash and scrub dishes with.

I was traveling from CT to MN with my pets. I chose this hotel over others due to high sustainability scores, breakfast included, and a pet friendly score since so many people travel with their pets. The room had a kitchenette, living room, bedroom, and sink separate from toilet/ shower. I like the multiuser hand soap, lotion, conditioner, rinse, and body wash as less wasteful. Bed was very comfortable! The breakfast was hot with scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, biscuits, and sausage for meat eaters. There was hot oatmeal (NOT dry packets), dried cranberries, milk, yogurt with blackberries, and dried fruit. The staff were paid nearly $16/hr. and got along well with each other. As a courtesy to female travelers, the lobby bathroom provided women with necessary sanitary supplies.

I arrived at the property after driving 5 hours to be told on check in there is no hot water for the next 2 days. I asked why wasn’t I informed? I asked if alternate arrangements were made at another and they said no. I had to walk away and spend over 2 hours to find another hotel. Very unprofessional I will never stay there again or recommend it

Stained towels had hair on, sheets didn’t fit sofa bed. Worn out. Dirt everywhere, windows and sills loaded with dust and grime on the windows. Wallpaper ripped , remotes didn’t work That was our 2nd room . The 1st room was soaking wet carpet and I found that out from my wet suitcase and taking my shoes off
