Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesParking $67 a night. Unknown stains on cloth headboard which were right above your head or could touch your pillow while sleeping. No non-pork breakfast meats served with breakfast. Consider offering a turkey based or beef based as one option for the breakfast meats offered.
The property is centrally located downtown. Lots of restaurants, stores well within walkable distance. Staff was nice. Easy check in.

Very slow elevators! Exit and entry took so long - no stairs near the reception to use or to exit with - can’t say it was the cleanest I’ve been in for the price but the location made up for it - and the friendly staff - no bar was an issue also especially when the store within the restaurant ran out of beer every night - it was ok we went to the Marriott across the road and had a great time !

United StatesOne of the 2 elevators they have broke one day but they got it fixed by the time we got back at night. Even with both elevators, sometimes it might take a bit to go up or down during peak times. We requested housekeeping one morning and they said we were scheduled that day but never came. Had to reach out again the next day to finally get them to come. They did a great job cleaning though.
Great staff and location! Loved being able to easily message the front desk instead of having to call or go directly to the front desk. Only utilized the free breakfast for one morning but it was a decent breakfast. Not too much variety unless they changed it up on the other days we didn’t get breakfast. Location was great as it was close to Grand station and within walking distance to notable attractions in downtown. The cafe right next door is amazing!! We went there almost everyday (the reason why we didn’t utilize the free breakfast as much). The room and hotel seemed very clean. I didn’t get to check out the pool or gym but glad they had them available. Other than the usual city noises, we didn’t have issues with noises from other rooms

United StatesStaff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast each morning was well stocked and fresh. Our room was very clean and perfect for the weekend. There was a water leak that came from an adjacent room and the staff fixed it and cleaned the room right away. They offered us a different room at no charge but we were leaving the next day so we just stayed in our original room. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay there again.
