Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We were very happy with the Room. The Beds were very comfy and the Room itself was very nice and Spacious. The Big pool outside was very Refreshing and cooling for when it's really hot, and the Lobby was very Modern and smelt very good.

United KingdomVegan/Vegetarian options at breakfast. Would have been nice to have some sort of milk alternative and a main option. Some days there was a plant based sausage, but this did not appear daily.
We liked where the hotel was situated. Close to everything we wanted to do on our trip. 10 mins from Disney and about 20 from the universal parks. Plenty of spaces to park the car.

RussiaNot far from the parks, but could do with a free shuttle for guests! We had a cockroach in our room, it was alive and running around! I recommend disinfecting! The cleaning was average, when we arrived we paid for the accommodation of 2 adults and a child, they didn’t even make a sofa for the child! They told me to prepare it myself!
I liked the large pool with aqua slides, the kids had fun!

Wonderful hotel, with a lot of space, rooms are huge (actually are apartments with room, bathroom, living room and kitchen), all clean and comfortable. Big and nice swimming pool, pool bar and barbecue area. Excellent for families, friends and big groups. Very close to Magic Kingdom.

United KingdomThey could have had some kind of drying hanger/clothes line in the rooms for things like towels and costumes to dry.
The space: Bedrooms had plenty of room for a family to move around and any communal areas were very spacious too. The breakfast was very good. Even though there wasn’t a huge amount of options it set us up for the day. The pool was perfect, the children spent a long time in there everyday and a bonus with it being open until 10pm. Lots of choice of restaurants nearby and a Target and Walgreens. Easy access to freeway. Not too far from parks, can see fireworks from Magic Kingdom from top floor of car park. The gym and laundry were ideal. Hotel staff very helpful and hotel was very clean.

United StatesParking. You have to pay for parking and you have to use a car parking garage that is far away if your lot gets full which it does because three hotels share parking. The garage was well lit but I not a fan of them while traveling as a female for obvious reasons. They should remove the parking fee.
