There was literally no downside to this hotel.

The hours of the breakfast were too short time

The breakfast was delightful, and I have no complaints. The rooms are truly excellent, and the staff was outstanding as well. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Loved this place. Great location great value for money. The staff that stuck out as being particularly lovely to us (and I’m SO sorry I didn’t get your names so have to describe!) Blonde lady works food bit , made a fuss of my son and so lovely Guy that worked on bar sounded like Seth Rogan, thank you for explaining percentages and not making me feel stupid! Black guy on reception, so so warm and friendly to us you made us feel so welcome The manager, thank you for comforting us during the hurricane. We can’t wait to come back and hope to see you guys again!

It is a little out the way and you need to travel through the Disney estate to get there from most places, traffic can be slow - but lovely quiet location

Very scarce breakfast - only some scrambled eggs and canadian bacon or very spicy chorizo, some milk and cereals and wafffles. No cold cuts, no bakery other than bread and simple bagels. No fruits or vegetables nothing else

Breakfast was just awful. I don't know what they did to breakfast, last time I was there it was great.

I love this hotel, the suites are so comfortable and spacious, and they allow you to bring your dog, which allows me to have vacation. The pool is gorgeous, outdoor bar and grills. Flamingo crossings has some great restaurants, Lime fresh mexican is awesome. Target is right there if you need something. Dunkin donuts for your coffee fix, wendys is open late. So close to disney and not too far from universal either. Very affordable and modern compared to some others. Lobby and room smelled great, everything was clean.

The only thing they could have added was maybe some boiled eggs and breakfast sandwiches like other close by hotels serve.

The breakfast was good lots of variety each day. We all managed together what we like and they made mickey waffles that were so cute.

Gym could have a better equipment for “muscle” workouts (e.g. no barbell for bench press & squats, the “cable” machine was too low and missing accessories for doing various excercises). Also had unpleasant experience with the Disney shuttle service where the bus arrived 30 min later than it was said in the booking. Just something to be aware of when using that service.

Clean rooms, nice pool with waterslide for families with kids, excellent breakfast, even got a room service few times a week. Found it a really nice value for the price! 👍🏼 Would definitely stay there again.
