Room had some splatter of stuff on the walls. The pool room was small. No hot tub. And very hot. But the pool was refreshing because the room was so hot.

Lots of dust on lamps, I had to jiggle handle on toilet to stop it from running, sink was extremely slow empty down the drain and I found a pair of socks under one of the bedside tables from a previous guest.

The front desk staff did not know what they were doing. The night staff were excellent the day staff front desk did not.

The only thing I didn’t really like about it was late at night they had other visitors at the outdoor fire pit and they were extremely loud and drunk. The fire pit was right outside our room window so we could hear them and they woke my son up.

Room was beautiful, indoor pool and the breakfast was really good! The price of the suite we got was really affordable, it was cheaper then any other regular room we found anywheres and had a stove top so we didn’t always have to eat out.

Never had to call for cleaning of the room between nights. What a surprise to see that no one had come to clean, change sheets and not provide new towels. I had never been at a hotel or resort that required a scheduled cleaning appointment.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was nice with plenty of gluten free items that my wife needed due to a sensitive allergy.

We don’t like or understand the intent of the owl picture over the toilet. If anything, it doesn’t make you feel welcome in the bathroom! Suggest getting rid of them.

location is very convenient and has a lot of shopping and restaurants close to it. parking is great and staff is friendly. rooms are amazingly big and have a full-size fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher.

The ac unit didn’t run when you wanted it to. The entire thing was off. I’ve stayed here several times over the last 5 years, so I know how it’s supposed to work. I stayed on the 4th floor, and had to deal with a dog barking. Extremely rude!! Who lets a large dog stay up on the 4th floor. Super disappointed!! Not worth the money.

My only disappointment was the pillows on the bed. They were half sized, literally as though a pillow was cut in half. it was difficult to make them comfortable.

The king suite was exceptional with a kitchenette and living space. the shower had two heads, which always feels luxurious! it was a very comfortable stay. Also, while we didn’t use them, the pool and fire pit area looked very clean and nice!

you could hear the people gathering in rear parking lot to smoke, 2 employees were upset about a customer evidently giving a bad review so they were complaining loudly while serving breakfast in front of other guests-very unprofessional
