The room was clean and well appointed. The staff was great and very accommodating. The breakfast was very good and offered a number of different options. If I'm ever in the Bakersfield area again I will certainly staff at this hotel again!

Breakfast was fine. For me the eggs were too over cooked. The presentation is wonderful but I would definitely put out dishes and cups instead of placing them in the cupboard.

No bellman. I’m older and needed some help.

Loved the location. The ease of Checkin and checkout. Room was large and bed was comfortable. It was quiet and clean. Didn’t use the kitchen but I will be back and will next time.

The bed was really uncomfortable. The bed needed more pillows and blankets. I felt like one was a bed skirt and the other was a table cloth.

We didn’t eat the breakfast but it looked good and there were many options. The room was big and super clean.

Someone on our floor had some stinky food. Instead of putting it in their trashcan in their room, they placed it on the table next to the elevator so everyone got to smell how bad it was. No problem on the hotel's part, just a customer on the same floor that didn't get whooped enough as a kid!

When booking the place for a number of people implying the need of expanded sofa I'd expect that a hotel of such a standard to have the sofa converted into the bed before we come. Needless to say that discoveing a broke expandable system (hotel stuff knew about before) and a need to move to the different room shouldn't happen.

Ideal place to stay over night when moving from Vegas to the west coast. Good quality hotel with decent value for money ratio. We liked the room standards, wide breakfast options incl. nice breakfast facility and the pool area.

Nothing in particular, the place was great for our overnight stay and would stay there again if we were to visit Bakersfield.

The hotel was great for a short stay as we drove from SF to Vegas. The room we had was more like an apartment with a full kitchen, and nice sized bedrooms and bathroom. Breakfast was typical American hotel breakfast, not too bad but not great either which is the same as any other hotel we stayed at in the US. The location was good, in a nice part of Bakersfield and quiet since it's in a business park type area so little traffic outside of work hours. It was easy to drive to nearby restaurants and supermarkets, and the price was good for the quality of the hotel.

Almost nothing. Staff at the reception was not rude but sometimes a smile make a difference. I contact them at least 3 times and I didn't see a single smile. That's why I didn't give a 10. In the morning was different.

Great place, the room was clean and comfortable. The pool was excellent. The breakfast was the best among several breakfast we had in different hotels.

A lovely hotel in a good area of Bakersfield. The room was really comfortable, super comfy bed, power shower over the bath and convenient parking. Lots of restaurants in a short walking distance. Breakfast was perfect. lots of choice.

The beds are ridiculous. They bend and you feel e Every spring. The breakfast since Covid is not hood. Need fresher eggs, waffles and the bacon was spicy. My grandkids and I couldn’t Eat it.
