Pool area had no towels

Location was close to restaurants and stores. The front desk gentleman was very god at his job.

Breakfast layout was very tight, it was crowded and I felt like I was climbing over people to get to food. Other guests were a bunch of hockey families. Their kids were running around until 11 pm on the second floor. I was up watching football anyway so it was not a big deal, but I was really surprised nobody did anything about it. I think all the hockey parents were partying in the lobby and letting their kids run wild in the hallways.

Room was quite nice. Front desk staff were very nice. Location was easy in and out, and I liked that you had EV chargers.

Cost is a little high.

Excellent having an EV charging station, another set would be better. We had to wait overnight to charge the next morning.

The elevator was dirty and needed to be cleaned. There was garbage on the floor of elevator for 2 days.

Front desk staff were very nice and allowed us to check in early. Room was spacious and comfortable and clean. A full fridge , sink, and dishes are included in room also which is a plus.

The bathroom door was without a handle: It was a sliding door that recedes between the walls when fully open so there was no protruding handle. The door being heavy, it was difficult to move it to extreme and fully latch it.

The location was really good, very near to shopping complexes in case you missed something back home, gas stations and restaurants. The swimming pool was good for its mid-size. We noticed under sink leakage in our room - the staff was quick to note of any maintenance need.

First room had strong smoke odor, immediately requested a new room and was switched right away. No hassles, great customer service.

Despite the managers' attempt to quiet down a group of unattended children, the running up and down the halls past quiet hours resulted in two very horrible nights of sleep for my family. Several parents of these children were intoxicated and were aggressive toward complaining guests to the point that police became involved. I would have rated this hotel much higher had that not occurred. I also want to note that the manager was very responsive and apologetic. I was compensated for the inconvenience. I was also overcharged for my stay originally, and the manager corrected the error

The room didn't seem maintained properly, there was a missing shade on the lighting fixture by my bed which caused very harsh light. The overall room was clean. The hotel noise was disruptive to sleep so that was the biggest issue but may have just been my neighbors
