When we arrived the front desk did not have our booking. Had to leave and come back. They told us to call booking.com and check our reservation, even though I had confirmation. The room was large, had a sitting room in it, but only 3 pillows on the bed. which is strange for any hotel I have been in. When we were checking out, the girl at the front desk saw me standing there but continued to fold laundry in the room behind the desk, ignored me for a good 5 minutes until she was done and then said can I help you. Was not impressed with the customer service. Especially for the amount we paid for the room at this hotel.

The room was exceptionally big, too big actually. Had a full size dishwasher, not sure why. The location was nice, close to everything.

there was only 2 things I was unsatisfied with. one being the bed. it was extremely uncomfortable! I came home with a backache and very tired from the sleepless nights I had. the other being there is only elevators on one side so you have to walk all the way down a long hallway to get to the other end

I loved the verity of breakfast. I enjoyed that there was a pool and an adorable fire place right outside the pool. it was very nice that the key cards are like tap so your not trying to get into the door for 5 mins.

we needed another pillow and we were told they didn’t have any? it was a room for 4 and we had 4 people and only 3 pillows…the girl at the front desk said she could take one out of a room that was vacant and I had to go to Walmart and buy a pillow?? really strange and annoying. the lock on the bathroom door didn’t work and wouldn’t stay shut. The breakfasts were not as good as other Home2 Suites I’ve stayed in.

No Tissue paper was in the room No paper towels in the kitchen area..Also no hot tub I was so disappointed 😫 but the front desk helpers was amazing.. during my they went above and beyond to see if I need anything thanks so much 🙏🏽 ..Also as far as the breakfast was ok no meat I can eat just sandwiches not a good idea for people who want just wanted a different type . Last but not least as far as the computer goes it was helpful but the fax or printer didn't work so I couldn't get my office work done

Could have used more towels in the room, we registered 5 online and we only got 3 towels. More towels for the pool area as well would have been nice. The pet area was small so I saw everyone walking everywhere, that seemed different.

Shower was nice and warm. Room was very spacious and quiet. Kitchen had everything and we did not expect that. Silverware was too dirty to use though. Staff was so friendly.

The bathroom door is a pocket door, it was difficult to get it to latch and lock. The microwave was broken.

The staff was amazing!! Everyone was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The pool is open until 11pm, which was great for my family.

Walls are a little thin. I could hear conversations on other floors. Be sure to not make too much noise in your own room, unless you do not mind the neighbors knowing what you are saying and doing. The staff was okay. There was no one at the front desk for the first 5 minutes I arrived for check in. I almost had to go hunt them down. It is my opinion that the front desk should always be attended to. Other than that, the staff was friendly and kind.

I have traveled a lot around the world. Usually, American hotels are subpar when compared to hotels offered overseas. Imagine my surprise when I stayed at this hotel! It exceeded my expectations. This hotel is an example of what all hotels in America should be like. Clean, comfortable, spacious, luxurious, and feel like a home away from home. My wife and pets loved it. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was exceptional and very tasty. Extra charges for pet stay were consistent with what I have come to expect in my previous traveling experiences ($75). The beds were very comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Wifi connection and speed was optimal.

Checked in fairly late around 7pm , room was on 2nd floor, and when the elevator door opened, I saw bags of dirty linen in front of almost half the rooms..they were still there In the morning

Group had 5 adults and 1 toddler. Room only had 1 bath towel. When I went to front desk, I had to look for the gentleman, even though it was breakfast and very busy in the lobby. Told him the situation, didn't seem very concerned and said they had none, and offered hand towels, for 5 adults!

The carpeted floors in our room were very stained up and the office chair was extremely dirty. The fridge didnt keep any food cold. 😒
