Our room was on the 2nd floor and too close to the outdoor patio. We heard loud voices outside for a while and then realized it was probably from the patio.

The hotel was relatively close to IAH and has a shuttle to the airport. We enjoyed talking to the driver from Nigeria. The bed was comfortable and we liked having a couch.

It would have been a perfect stay if there had been a restaurant on site, but it was good to have a mini market and breakfast available.

Great place to stay near IAH. It was easy to get a shuttle to and from the airport and the room was nice. There were also lots of amenities for those who might be staying longer.

If you do not have a car, there is little around the hotel. A petrol station is within walking distance, but it has a limited selection of things to eat. There is also a Jack-in-the-Box fast food restaurant, but not much else.

The hotel is close to the airport. We had a spacious, clean room. The breakfast selection was also good.

They did not clean my room every day or bring me clean towels. Tried to call the front desk to get clean towels brought up to the room they never answered. So we had to go down and ask for them at the front desk.

Airport shuttle is running between certain hours and it was one service every hour in the morning which may cause early arrival to airport but considering traffic issues and crowded security checks, it may not be a bad idea. There are not many restaurants around and especially after 9 pm it is only a Waffle House.

It is very clean, reception people and airport shuttle drivers are very helpful and friendly. Location is very convenient for airport transfer.

Both the body wash and shampoo bottles were empty. My bedside light wouldn't turn on. I didn't feel like crawling under to see if it was plugged in during the night. One pillow smelled bad.

The room was quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The size of the room impressed my two young granddaughters.

There were a lot of people smoking weed so it was everywhere in the halls and clean up was not great for the rooms.

The breakfast was ok, it was usually gone so you had to ask for replacement. Not a great setup. I wish there were more options or more items so you could get one.

The initial interaction I had with the front desk was awful. She didn’t want to give me the room I had booked with two queens and put my 80 year old mom and I in a king room with pull out bed and said if we didn’t want to sleep in the king together that one of us could sleep on the pull out. When I showed her our reservation was for two queens she told me she didn’t have any left and I was welcome to go across the highway to a sister hotel and stay there instead. When we returned to the hotel two hours later, a new person was on the front desk, with Indian accent, and he made me feel cared for and changed out our room to two queen beds and walked in the room to make sure it was cleaned first. The rooms at your hotel are absolutely wonderful and beds so comfortable. I will visit any home suites I can find in the future and that man should get a raise!

Gym has barely any equipment, breakfast could use some improvements considering most people come for extended stays and do not want to eat the same thing every morning. Pool could use some cleaning and shower in the pool area would be nice.

On arrival we needed to take a Taxi as the Shuttle bus only operates in the afternoon from 4pm on.

Very good place to stay for an overnight if you need to take a flight! The team is very friendly and the Shuttle Bus in the morning to the airport worked great. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was very convinient.
