The price, it was very very expensive. The breakfast was not good and not included in the price.

One of the staff was incredible kind and bought me a meal in the restaurant even they were already closed. He even paid for my meal. He also made me feel seen and cared for which I appreciated so much!

Insulation between rooms was poor, hence we were woken at 2.30am by people leaving.

Very convenient to the airport, spacious family room, comfortable facilities and the food was good in the restaurant, although they were unable to provide a gluten-free menu, the waiter was most helpful.

Room was very congested

Staff was rude we were looking for an oven and he said with loud voice “we don’t have one in the entire building” We called front desk to send few towels and toilet paper and they never sent finally after few hour’s we reached out to one of the room service staff in the lobby and she helped.

I didn’t like the staff nor did I like how the housekeepers rushed on cleaning I also didn’t like how I was charged for parking when I used Uber the entire thing that I stayed.

One night our room wasn’t cleaned. No clean towels to take shower. No coffee in room. You have to purchase coffee if you don’t use the one provided in room! 2 days we missed the shuttle to airport. They don’t wait. They don’t stop. They ride thru and if they see no one they keep rolling. Both days we were on time for shuttle and see them circling parking lot as we are walking up. RIDICULOUS

We payed online when booking but I was charged $50 for amenities when we got there. I don’t remember having to pay that the last time I was there. Honestly I may have been charged last time but I don’t recall. There is also an additional fee for parking your car there even though you are a paying guest of the hotel.

Staff is always friendly, beds are super comfortable! Rooms are always clean and it’s nice that the cafe is open 24 hours. The food there is really good.

The Newark Holiday Inn is located next to the airport and prison, between the elevated bridge and the railway tracks. It requires a taxi to enter and exit, and cannot be walked. There are no restaurants around, but there are freight trains. The room rate of 1580 yuan per night does not provide breakfast, especially for Taiwanese people at the Asian front desk, and the service is extremely poor!

There was construction going on so hallways were dusty. Hallways were dark. I never received my deposit back even though the front desk said they processed and returned it. Room was way overpriced for value.

Booked for our 20 year old granddaughter then found hotel only accepts solo travellers over 21. Despite repeated attempts to discuss refund of booking we got no reply from customer services.
