Parking - it was $45 a night which I understand since it's in downtown. I did not like is that I forgot something in my car and they said I could not go to garage to get it and they had to bring the car up. I could no longer use their garage link until I left a minimum tip of $5 (ok I guess) but then a $2 processing fee - which I don't think is acceptable at all.

Staff was amazing. Ac was not working well and they immediately sent someone who replaced the whole unit quickly

The parking was suppose to be free and the breakfast was suppose to be free. On line that is what I thought it said but instead the parking was $45.00 a day & the breakfast was $15.95 a day. If I had known that I would have stayed somewhere else.

If you look around there's a lot of things that haven't been cleaned in a long time take a look at the elevator Floor, baseboard in the rooms, carpets need to be clean not just the vacuumed

I thought breakfast should have been included with the hotel stay instead of charging a different fee

The shower needed more water pressure. My key card gave me a lot of trouble on my room door.

The staff was amazing. Vickie may be one of the sweetest people I've ever met, and that's on the overnight shift. I forget her name, but I had some religious restrictions on Saturday and the hotel staff was so helpful. The location was fantastic.

A bit nerve wracking location on the main road and near all warehouses.

Attentive, friendly staff! Justin (valet Mgr) made us feel welcome from the first moments.

The breakfast, for the price, was OK. I could get a similar breakfast at another hotel for free. Higher quality choices could have been provided.

It is conveniently located by City Market, Broughton Street and the Waterfront. The staff were very professional and made sure I had everything I needed. The pool area is great!

There are two Holiodsy Inns on Bay Street. I thought I was booking the other one. As we stated at the one before. We had to pay for breakfast and parking!!!!

The parking situation. Unable to get to the car when need without a valet person doing it. No other option than valet parking. Breakfast was expensive. Very few luggage carts

We wish we had a tv paper in the room with the channels to get. Smoke alarm waking us up at 6 am.

parking was valet. Thankfully I was able to park my car where I could see it and I was able to keep my keys as the valet attendants didn't know how to drive stick.

No parking on-site. The only option was valet which was $40 per day! The breakfast buffet that was an extra $14 per person was little more than a continental breakfast with eggs and bacon. They staff had a hard time keeping it stocked. Our room didn’t get cleaned so we didn’t get any fresh towels. We told the front desk upon checking out and she was very kind. She took off $20 from the room and gave us free breakfast.

The staff were all very friendly. The hotel was clean and decorated beautifully for Christmas.

Parking was $43 a night and it was valet. It was either that or park on the street so that wasn't my favorite thing.

My husband and I really just stayed in the room to sleep otherwise we were enjoying Savannah. There wasn't anything remarkable about the room at all but the location of it was excellent. We walked everywhere and nothing was more than a 15 min walk.
