Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

All good with exception of the front desk person when we arrived . She was not friendly and seemed to have more important things to take care of than us . The next morning there was a different person on the desk who was very polite and friendly.

United StatesWe needed 2 keys for our room. for the entirety of the stay, only 1 key worked. My husband spent almost 30 mins the first night, going back and forth to the front desk getting new keys and trying them, nothing worked until they reset the system and that seemed to do the trick. By the next morning, we were back to only 1 key working.
Good hotel, nice pool, our extra floor space room indeed had the amount of space we needed. Room and linens were crisp. AC worked really well (much needed in the 100 degree weather during our stay) Staff was courteous. Good amount of parking. Nice lake behind the hotel. We were visiting family in town and they were able to come by for a swim one morning.

United StatesThere is only one elevator for the building and it was out of order so we had to carry our suitcases up and down the stairwell. The eggs on the complimentary seemed overcooked and looked unappealing. However the rest of the breakfast selections were nice.
The staff was friendly, the room was as cold as we wanted, the bed was comfortable, the accommodation was clean, it was a good value and the area was safe.

United StatesRoom 203 - One of the queen bed mattresses was lumpy or had a dip in it as if it was an older bed. The other bed was very comfortable.
The breakfast was nice. The sheets were soft. We were given plenty of linens. I liked having the soaps available in the shower and near the sink.
