Room was by the highway & you could hear everything! It was like the window was open. And listen I get it, if you want to be near it all but do something about that, we slept like crap

The fact that we asked for extra towels — there were 5 of us— and were given attitude. Also us being told we CANT have extra toilet paper AND they gave us tissues to use instead. WTF

Heater didn’t work so room was cold at night. Sheets were tucked in so tightly that we had to sleep a foot away from the headboard to get under the covers. Mattresses were too soft and woke up with back pain.

Great location. Within walking distance of PNC Park. Able to park the car in their lot. Good breakfast selection as well.

The pool was tiny and didn't have a lot of seating nearby. All of the nearby restaurants were pubs (didn't feel family-friendly).

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The kids in particular liked the "pancake machine."

The top of the curtain had a thick coat of dust. The pool smelled like mildew and that smell permeated the lobby.

We chose this because they was a no kids policy but the kids woke us up at 10:30 pm.

It is a nice place. The rooms are comfortable, the shared facilities are clean and well maintained.

Room wasn't ready at first, even though we arrived after the check-in time. Thought my reservation was for a room with a better view--ours was the wall of the building next door.

Initial gentleman at check-in seemed a like this wasn't his normal job. Second gentleman staff, during rest of stay, was very nice and seemed in his element.

When I checked in I was told that the parking price had gone up from $25 to $28. I had to change rooms when I got to the first room remote did not work and then realized the Refrigerator did not work. the gentleman working looked and said that it was turned way down he thought he fixed it but it still didn't work. In the morning I went to the desk and was told that I would have to change rooms I asked can't you just switch refrigerators and I was told no. I said okay I was stepping out and would come back and pack up my things. I was not happy there was a woman who could tell I was irritated that I would have to change rooms she said they could switch refrigerators. When I came back I was informed it was not the refrigerator it must be the outlet. I had to pack my things and move to another room. When I get the second room I turned on the TV it was loud so turned it down too much and then the remote stopped working had to get another remote. The second room was mainly clean except for a spot on the floor by the refrigerator. They came in and cleaned the room but never cleaned the floor.

The Breakfast was good. Most of the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Upon check In we were given a room, and when we went in found the bed unmade and looked as though someone was still there. We went back down notified the receptionist, and they were able to book us into a new room. The previous room had accidentally been marked clean, and was obviously not before we were assigned it. It's also been a month since our stay, and we still have not had the incidental charge removed from our debit card. Other than that, no other issues.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating ! Both the reception workers during check out hours and during the day were super nice. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of options( more than expected.), and the area was kept clean and tidy. We had a nice stay, and would recommend. There is also a pool we didn't get to try out, small but also kept very nice. We plan on returning!

The bathroom wasn’t clean, looks like moisture in the corner of the shower. We ask to change room and the shower wasn’t cleaner.

Staff was amazing! Not a bad walk to the Steelers game! Def easy place to stay if going to the game. Easy to catch an uber and felt safe the entire time.
