We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Also, the juice/water machine at breakfast was out. The room cost us just short of $200, which to me, is not a good value for 12 hrs...

United StatesThe bed was Super uncomfortable, housekeeping brought towels to our room but didn't make the bed up, breakfast NOT that good so we left and went to Waffle House, which you could just walk to. the people next to us had a dog in the room so it barked at night and you could hear it through the walls, it was sold out so we couldn't get moved.
We were in town for the Bama Tennessee game. The property was in a great spot for places to grab a bite to eat, room was a good size (we had a king), ok price here versus staying in Knoxville.

Loved the room. Nicest we've EVER stayed in and we've stayed in many, many, many hotels before now! A+ staff and amenities. The desk clerk/Manger? Was fantastic and so very nice. Matter of fact, all your workers were. I didn't interact with the maids. The food was great but I wished you would've served scrambled eggs daily.
