A good option that is close to Silver Woods but the room service was really bad.

The fridge wasn't cleaned up. There was no room service as you have to call in for that which is fine. But when I called in for new towels, they just leave them on the floor.

The front desk people are nice and helpful. Breakfast is decent.

Found black hairs in one of the beds. Makes me question the housekeeping between guests.

Really like the location’s close proximity to Silverwood. Kids love the arcade and the activities included in Triple Play. Have never used the Water Park, as it’s way to muggy in there for us. First floor room was much quieter and more convenient than our previous stays in Floor 2.

The main issue for me was the noise - kids running on the floor above made it hard to sleep sometimes. I also didn’t like that there is no hotel pool or hot tub included in the cost. You have to pay for the waterpark if you want pool access.

The breakfast was good. Occasionally they were out of items, such as plain bagels, cream cheese, fruit and pancakes. They did have juice and small cheese omelettes, coffee, muffins, bacon or sausages. Access to the play place was super convenient and the kids easily enjoyed 2 full days there - inside, outside and waterpark. It wasn’t crazy busy and the staff was very helpful.

The lights in our bathroom would take a few times to click on. The no daily housekeeping or checking in to see if we needed tp or towels. I didn’t like that there was no free pool and hot tub. No outdoor pool. Hot inside the water area.

This was a good place to stay. The pictures and descriptions online could use some updates. Examples include: 1. no spa they consider the spa to be the fact that they have a hot tub which is actually the hot tub in the fun center area. You pay $20 bucks to go to the water park portion. 2. No outdoor pool - I seen a photo of an outdoor pool but there is only indoor water activities. 3. There is zero free activities like a pool or hot tub which is free but they heavily discount it as being a hotel guest. So if your cool with that great. Next time I’ll stay at a place where it’s free. 4. Breakfast was free and good but some days things were not working like the pancake machine. 5. No daily housekeeping- I’m not for daily housekeeping but I do need daily towels. They did terrific at getting those quickly for us during our stay but they didn’t always the phone we had to go to the lobby directly.

The AC in the room didn’t work, could not change temperature and the display was broken. The room would get to cold or too hot. The couch cushions were stained with dark brown stains.

Love how we could walk from the hotel over to triple play resort and it had a nice discount after 6pm. The breakfast was also great. Staff was friendly.

Beds werent great but I have had much worse so it was alright. I wouldnt want to sleep on more than a few nights. I think with how much they charge per night just for the room, they could upgrade the rooms/beds. Its very loud with tons of children running around but thats understandable given the type of hotel it is. Breakfast was standard but nice to have option. Get there early or you will be with a bunch of kids that parents dont watch. Overall it was a decent place to stay but kinda pricey.

Amazing friendly staff that were very helpful with every request we had. Close to Silverwood Theme park.

The hotel is old and looks dumpy inside for the price we paid was expecting a renovated or nicer hotel. The carpet in the rooms were disgusting and old all you have to do was open the door and compare it to the hallway carpet. Bathroom was outdated and not very nice. The breakfast which was included was good if you are only staying a couple nights, but by the third day you realize it's the same hot dishes unlike other hotel's that switch it up every day. The price was way too high not to have park or at the very least pool tix included. When you can go somewhere else and the pool is included for cheaper. Again the pool is looking old and not very exciting for the price you have to pay on top of your room. The reason besides location that people go there is for the triple play experience but for the amt they nickel and dime you for and the age of facilities its not anywhere worth the price when much newer more modern hotels down the road include breakfast and newer pool

The staff was amazing went out of their way to make sure we were good. The fact that it was dog friendly was a nice bonus, maybe that's why it's so out of date and unrenovated.

My room was supposed to have a king bed but it was way smaller than that. The tv didn’t have cable and wasn’t a nice tv which was surprising because I paid a lot for one night, it didn’t meet my expectations. The couch had a stain or 2 but I put a sheet over it and it was fine. Breakfast was okay, they didn’t really have much an hour till breakfast was done and there wasn’t anyone restocking it. It was bagels, bacon, sausage links, eggs and cereal. Nothing impressive. They also didn’t have anyone wiping down tables in between guests so all the tables were dirty

It was nice, it had a mini fridge, coffee maker, pullout couch and a nice bathroom. There was wifi. It was pretty clean and well lit, there was an ac. Checkout was at 12 pm and they let you check in late if needed. Staff was very nice.
