I was disappointed to find out we had to pay separately to use the waterslides. Last time we came it was included in our stay at the hotel. There was also a huge divot in our mattress- both my husband and I ended up sliding into the middle of the bed.

It was very clean, kids had a blast in the water park and arcade. It was nice there was a little food court. Was able to get dinner there. My daughter can’t have gluten, so we were pleasantly surprised that gluten-free pizza was available. Everyone who worked there was amazing, friendly and helpful.

I wish they had a wristband or pass for the arcade to be unlimited but we had a blast. We could only spend about hour in the water park because the chlorine was burning our eyes so bad! The hair dryer in our room only blew cold air so I wish I knew so I could bring my own but will next time because definitely coming back!

The hot tub wasn’t open late enough to enjoy it when you were taking advantage of everything with the kids. The snack bar closed earlier than the facility closed and we weren’t aware of that closure time so we were unable to take advantage of the pizza coupon. Which was a shame because the kids were starving.

Clean and loads to do with the kids. Friendly staff. We had just stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge. We felt that triple play offered much more value for money and fun.! And unlike at very close Silverwoods/waterpark, there were no huge queues and the kids are able to take advantage of everything!

The only downfall was the fact it is a amusement park for kids and such. Occasionally there are kids running down the halls and stuff. But it is what it is. You know that going in.

We had dogs and the Hotel gave us a ground floor. That was great and so much easier. Hotel was clean and everything expected.

Pretty run down and dirty. Did not offer daily housekeeping during our stay and didn’t even empty the trash. Room smelled bad and carpet was in desperate need of cleaning

It's pricey for what you're getting. It's attached to a water park, though you have to pay extra to get into the water park, there's no pool use included with your stay. If you look at other indoor water park resorts, they're generally much bigger with more included for not too much more. This hotel only has one elevator for the four floors, and was slow even when there was no one else using it. I paid much less for rooms of the same or better quality that still had breakfast and pools included along this trip.

This place is central and very close to the Silverwood theme park. Was easy enough to find, complimentary bottle of water at the front desk,

It was a bit noisy after 10pm.

Not too crowded to enjoy the activities. Short wait times. Variety of things to do. The young staff running the rides were very helpful, patient, and understanding to help since I had a special need adult.

Not much to dislike, apart from the isolated incident that was resolved.

Decent hotel with (generally) great staff. There was one member that had an unnecessary confrontation with my wife, but I won't give details as we did sort it with the duty manager when we left.
