Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesBreakfast from steam servers is always hit and miss at these inns. This hotel is no different. Nice to have a breakfast provided, some choices are fine, some not so much, but if you travel a bit and stay at motor inns frequently, you know what I mean.

United StatesBreakfast staff was "not present" and in her headphones. Very unhelpful, not attentive to the buffet and didn't seem to care. Ran out of several items over the three days we were there. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable. The property is showing some signs of age (backed up sink, slow draining tub, rust on the tub).
The team at the front desk, especially Ali, were awesome! She checked in with us regularly and took care of any requests happily and quickly. Especially grateful that she was able to get our 3 rooms side by side.

The rooms were exactly what I expected when I made my reservation. They were clean and they were stocked with everything we needed to settle in. I loved how well supplied the bathroom essentials like shampoo, body wash, and soap was. The complimentary breakfast was great and the staff made sure to keep the options supplied. The staff also made sure we knew what other amenities they could offer. We arrived fairly late in the night but the main desk was staffed and they were friendly and quick to get us settled in.

United StatesDark room dark colors kinda depressing. No make up mirror. No tissues. Breakfast area had blasting TV news plus loud music at reception, both at SAME time in same place. Hardly relaxing. Put the TV on mute with subtitles, turn down the mood music to awakening level, not jolting. Be thoughtful not brash. Breakfast food was barely passable. Hot water was tepid and no microwave so I couldn't warm up my tea. I gave up and found a diner.
