Absolutely nothing, or perhaps the slamming of the heavy room doors after bedtime hours.

We have stayed there before as we have family in Allen Park, and returned because we knew we would have a spacious room and a fantastic hot buffet breakfast to enjoy each morning. The bed was super comfortable and loved the walk-in shower.

Perhaps the hotel could have a list of area restaurants that provide delivery to the hotel.

We especially liked how clean & modern it was. Staff was excellent & friendly! Breakfast was good. We traveled to go to The Henry Ford Museum/Greenfield Village & the location was spot on! Very convenient - perhaps a 10-minute drive. The great design details of this hotel & our room were well thought out. We noticed and appreciated every little thing to make us feel at home. We were on the 3rd floor & the elevator was quick. We ordered pizza from Dominos one night & the delivery driver was prompt & very appreciative of a tip. Breakfast times were generous & the lady that serviced the area was very meticulous! Very clean! Bed was super comfy. Walk in shower was great! Very quiet!

I was very surprised. It's been years since I've stayed at a Holiday Inn. I've always known them to be an average at best hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by this location, it was a pretty exceptional stay. Completely clean, comfortable and a super friendly staff. Looking forward to next time.

Our TV intermittently interrupted our program being viewed with an error message “Your TV does not support this program's content protection. Replacing the TV's HDMI cable with component cables will allow you to view the program.”

High-quality building products were used constructing the facility, especially the windows and doors. Breakfast food selection was diverse and of excellent quality.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. There were someone else's body hairs on the floor; several of them. There was a body hair on the toilet. There was a long hair stuck to the wall above the toilet. There was something stuck to the wall near the hair - like a small 'spit wad' of paper. There was also a dirty spot on the wall that appeared like it was partially wiped away.

There were some minor stains on our bedsheet.

The bed was comfortable and the room was big and clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good with a lot of options. The hotel is in a safe area. We would come back again.

The breakfast lady in the morning was rude and felt racist as she was very friendly with natives but appeared shouty and rude towards us. She spoiled the whole experience for us

There isn't anything that I disliked.

Located within one mile from a huge shopping center. Plenty of food locations nearby. 15 min drive to downtown Detroit. The free breakfast is one of the best I've ever seen. Friendly staff that greet you and speak to you. Super comfy bed and pillows. Nice big walk in shower with dove shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. Indoor pool. Really I couldn't have asked for anything more. I definitely recommend this hotel.
