Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThey have a policy where they charge you a $50. ( Just be aware) Deposit for damages that isn't refunded for 10 days. I know this is a corporate policy. I just don't like it. I understand why it is in place,
Location was close to Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield village about 5 minutes away. Building looked fairly new inside and out. They had a nice selection of breakfast, hot and cold foods, pancakes, fruit, juice, yogurt. As something for everyone. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. They also have a selection of the food items you can microwave. We didn't use this, but seemed handy if you would rather not leave for dinner. The front desk area was nice and the employees were pleasant. We would stay again if in the area.

It was very convenient to Henry Ford Museum. I had asked when we got there if they had any discount vouchers and she gave them too me. I also had asked for help with a copy I needed to make because the copier for the guest printer was down and the girl at the desk printed it no problem for free. Your breakfasts were also delicious.
