The in-room bathroom was very, very small and was equipped with a very low and small bowl commode which made use very difficult for my wife and me. Most facilities provide the chair-height, elongated commode which is much more comfortable for we folks who are getting older. Unfortunately, this one item had a notably negative effect on our brief stay.

The location in relation to the purpose of our trip. The staff was very friendly and professional and helpful.

Lewis, the night front desk attendant prioritized getting us a ground floor room due to my wife’s heart condition. This all occurred at midnight when we checked in. the B&B’s AC we were at broke.

The room smelled somewhat musty - not enough to change rooms, but not overly pleasant either.

Breakfast was wonderful - lots of choice of both hot and cold foods. The hotel seems reasonably well maintained, and was convenient to the soccer fields my son's team was playing at.

The price of the hotel was a little high compared to the room size. The bathroom fan was lout. Did not like that the light switch was outside of the bathroom. The bathroom lighting was a little too dim.

Appreciated the options provided during breakfast. The sausage patties were a little too rubbery. The staff was very friendly. The area was clean and organized.

We were told by a clerk that my daughter could have our room upon chocking out she also paid for a room for 4 nights and they did not follow thru because we booked thru booking.com not the hotel direct causing a very upset stay and her 1st room was very humid and had a dehumidifier in it ans smelled musty so they moved her

My last day there, at around 12 midnight some guest that came from a wedding or maybe even the club, they were very loud and running in the halls. I thought it was kids but it turned out to be grown adults.

I pretty much like everything, everything was great. It was clean and everyone was very helpful and nice. The kitchen help was very good of taking care of the guest. The food was great seems fresh.

Frosty reception on check in asking for $25 to check in early(1pm) unless we wait until 2pm then no extra fee, no real engagement from that point for the rest of our stay.

We found an old banana left behind and a candy wrapper in the drawer. The walls were thin and we heard a lot of hallway noise.

The location was great for our purposes. The breakfast buffet was great. Nice variety of food and lots of seating.

It's a bit isolated, no place to walk for dinner. But not a big problem for us.

The only complaint that I have was the toilet when filling was the loudest one that I ever heard in my life. For some reason the room next to ours shower was also very loud when the water was running ours was not. Compared to all of the positives this hotel had this was insignificant

The picture were deceiving. Not as modern as I thought. The bathroom wad tiny and the sink was outside of the bathroom. Had a funny smell, like dusty and dingy

Largest room we have ever had anywhere. There was still plenty of space in the room with the sofa bed opened. The room and bed were very comfortable, and we didn't experience any problems. Staff was polite and always helpful. The hotel and room were clean and attractive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The cable did not have enough channels. The price for the hotel was kind of pricey, but it was in the range of surrounding hotels.

The breakfast was amazing. Room size was great. The indoor pool was great to have for the kids to go into.

Great breakfast. Lots of choices except we check out Monday at 6;15am not open till 6:30am. Just got coffee at the coffee bar. Nice stay
