We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesElevators were broken. Seems to happen a lot in reviews. I was on the 3rd floor so had to take the stairs. Breakfast seemed good but I just grabbed fruit. Wish there was an ice maker in lobby/breakfast area. you have to go to 2nd floor near elevators. my toilet tank hit the wall when you got off of it so it seemed like it was loose on the flange? I put a washcloth behind the tank and it stopped it from hitting the wall. the shower ceiling was stained and peeling. the water pressure and toiletries very good. The bed was comfy, pillows too fat, I had my own. The Keurig in the room is nice and I appreciated the decaf. Fridge is large and quiet. I stayed in 301. good corner room facing the highway. I had to run the heater on continuous to block out noise from neighbor across and down the hall. The heater is loud and doesn't really keep temp all that well. My satellite was out for a few hours as there was a snow storm, but it came back later that night. It was ok. It has had a makeover, but is showing signs of needing maintenance. Not sure I'd stay again, but if the price was lower, I would for what it was. I brought all my own food. there are microwaves in the lobby and 2nd floor near ice maker. The only service in the area I used was a nail salon in the mall next door near Market Basket called Posh Nails and spa. My room wasn't ready until 3 so I killed an hour here. Best part of my drive, place was relaxing and Kim was top notch for my mani/pedi.

We would highly recommend & are planning on staying at other Holiday Inn Express hotels based on this facility.

United StatesUpon check in the girl was very hard to understand. She spoke softly and didn't seem to want to be bothered. The morning gentlemen was really nice and helpfull though. Room was clean shower floor could use a good scrub. Bed was comfortable and good pillows! Room has a slight odor of stale cigarette smoke. But all and all I'd stay again.

United StatesWe have stayed at this property before and have always felt like it was an excellent value for what was being charged. This time we have to say we were very disappointed with broken elevators and spotty room service, lack of linen and supplies that normally get replaced. For the amount we paid we are very disappointed and we will not be back in the near future! There are too many other choices someone can make.
The breakfast was the few bright spots during our stay! Nice choices and quantities. Very clean and orderly. When something ran out, it was replaced quickly. The staff for serving breakfast was very friendly and responsive to everyones needs!

CanadaWe were travelling with eight family members, all 55+ in age, including our 97-year-old father. When checking in, we were informed that all elevators were not in service. We were informed the following morning that they had been down for two weeks at that point. We should have been notified of the elevator issue prior to our arrival, The manager was not in and could not be reached for either day we were there. I was able to speak with someone the day after check-out (not the manager) who was very accommodating and offered to adjust the final bill.
