Pool freezing, hot tub out of order. Strobe like flashing smoke alarm right over the bed kept us awake.

The room was a bit dated. We went with several grandkids and maybe got a room that is saved for that. The sofa was a bit stained and we were down with other families with lots of kids. The pool is a bit on the small side with a lot of people and of course the hot tub was out of order. Really, nothing too bad it was a very busy weekend and lots of families had the same idea to go there.

All the staff were amazing and it was a good price for a large space. Loads of restaurants close to the hotel. Breakfast was good though and the staff there and at reception were just great.

Our room was pretty dirty, the beds looked clean but under the beds were wrappers & trash & brownies on carpet next to Tv. The hot tub was green and not well maintained.

I didn't like the idea of only cleaning the room, changing the towels only after I checked out. I had to ask for clean towels. As an IHG member. That was unacceptable.

The location of the hotel was in a very nice area of Norman.

Fruit options could have been better and had more variety. They had tea bags and hot chocolate but no hot water machine/pot.

Breakfast was good, biscuits and gravy were amazing and staff were very attentive to refilling items.

There was not a thing we didn't like best place to stay.

The check in employee was most helpful with our needs that day.My husband had eye surgery they placed us on 3rd floor, I asked to be moved to the 1st floor so he didn't have to walk as far. They did it with no problem and with a smile on their face. Did everything to make us feel comfortable.

We got to hotel early, I asked if there was early check in and Shawna the manager said no not until 3pm. I told her I sent email and called multiple times. Asked if phones were working and that every time I called it said it needed a manager code. She picked up the phone and said it works and 2 staff came out from back. She was rude and turned around and ignored us.. we left. I looked to see if I can cancel my reservation and go somewhere else. If I canceled of been charged for 1 night so, I bite the bullet and stayed. When we came in to check in she would not wait on us she called over another employee. She asked what we needed and I stated to check in. We got there at 302pm. Lady who waited on us was super nice she apologized when she could not find envelopes and asked Shawna. She didn't respond so she went to back to talk with her. She wrote on sticky note. I told her it was fine. No worries. Next day I went down to get stuff for facilities at 240pm ( you need to request housekeeping the prior day. No one told us.) They were checking people in prior to 3pm. Coffee is not replaced and is old and cold in carafes. Couch and chair needs scrubbed stains and white stuff all over chair. Carpered floors need scrubbed. Very dirty and stained. I have stayed at holiday inns for years [decades]. They are one of my favorite chains. I will not stay at this one again. This was in front of my granddaughter. I explained to her it is always worth asking. When someone is not nice to you it is them who has the problem. Always be nice and do the right thing. I go to norman 6 to 10 times a year. My family lives there.

Housekeeping was super nice and helpful. Staff at counter. Bkf is great. Bedroom and bathroom very clean

There were not sheets or pillows in the room for the pullout bed. We had to go to the lobby to get the sheets and were only given 1 pillow.

I don’t like having to request them to come into your room to clean out the trash cans and replace towels. This should be automatically done no matter how long your stay is.

The staff and workers are friendly and congenial. The breakfast was excellent!

I thought the pool was going to be heated and it wasn't.

The Hotel was nice. They were working on doing some renovations. The hotel was fully booked. There was a Band competition in town that we did not know about so it was full of High school students. Breakfast Saturday morning was a little interesting with all the Band kids. I am not sure if they was really prepared for all of them.
