We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBreakfast was bad; only fried ( no choice to have for example scrambled egg) . NO cereal. Very plain brown and white bread to toast. 'Chef' not friendly & polite. Dinner was equally bad - pizza looked like pizza but tasted of not much, same with chicken burger & scampi. Bed was very hard, pillows & duvet thin. Cheap but not cheerful.

We stayed here to goto Bombay sapphire, so its well placed (4 miles ish away) has parking and the rooms were very large and with a great bed. Showeroom only but a good size with a good shower. Being attached to a Stonehouse pub meant good value lunch and breakfast on the day of our departure.

This room proved to be very good value for money. Whilst the accommodation was basic and simple it was everything we needed and the room was a very good size with a good bathroom and nice shower.

United KingdomNot much to complain about, the breakfast menu used to be a little limited from memory but maybe that’s changed now. Also rooms close to the fire doors can be a little noisy on occasion.
We have stayed here several times,the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean and the location generally quiet. The food offering while not fine dining is more than acceptable and represents good value for money.
