Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe room was a bit dated. We went with several grandkids and maybe got a room that is saved for that. The sofa was a bit stained and we were down with other families with lots of kids. The pool is a bit on the small side with a lot of people and of course the hot tub was out of order. Really, nothing too bad it was a very busy weekend and lots of families had the same idea to go there.
All the staff were amazing and it was a good price for a large space. Loads of restaurants close to the hotel. Breakfast was good though and the staff there and at reception were just great.

The check in employee was most helpful with our needs that day.My husband had eye surgery they placed us on 3rd floor, I asked to be moved to the 1st floor so he didn't have to walk as far. They did it with no problem and with a smile on their face. Did everything to make us feel comfortable.

United StatesWe got to hotel early, I asked if there was early check in and Shawna the manager said no not until 3pm. I told her I sent email and called multiple times. Asked if phones were working and that every time I called it said it needed a manager code. She picked up the phone and said it works and 2 staff came out from back. She was rude and turned around and ignored us.. we left. I looked to see if I can cancel my reservation and go somewhere else. If I canceled of been charged for 1 night so, I bite the bullet and stayed. When we came in to check in she would not wait on us she called over another employee. She asked what we needed and I stated to check in. We got there at 302pm. Lady who waited on us was super nice she apologized when she could not find envelopes and asked Shawna. She didn't respond so she went to back to talk with her. She wrote on sticky note. I told her it was fine. No worries. Next day I went down to get stuff for facilities at 240pm ( you need to request housekeeping the prior day. No one told us.) They were checking people in prior to 3pm. Coffee is not replaced and is old and cold in carafes. Couch and chair needs scrubbed stains and white stuff all over chair. Carpered floors need scrubbed. Very dirty and stained. I have stayed at holiday inns for years [decades]. They are one of my favorite chains. I will not stay at this one again. This was in front of my granddaughter. I explained to her it is always worth asking. When someone is not nice to you it is them who has the problem. Always be nice and do the right thing. I go to norman 6 to 10 times a year. My family lives there.

The Hotel was nice. They were working on doing some renovations. The hotel was fully booked. There was a Band competition in town that we did not know about so it was full of High school students. Breakfast Saturday morning was a little interesting with all the Band kids. I am not sure if they was really prepared for all of them.
