We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel was easy to get to. We came from Cincinnati. It was a bonus getting a free breakfast with our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I thought the bed was super comfortable.

United StatesThe pull-out bed in the room seemed to be missing a screw to keep it in place. It was very difficult to get the bed back in. I think that if we are staying in a room with a pull-out bed we should be asked before getting to our room if we need additional sheets for the pull-out bed. We made it all the way to room 513 and found that there were no sheets for the pull out. If they aren't normally provided in the room, then they should be offered. Oh, and there was not a current list of the channels on the TV.
The breakfast was amazing. Though the staff seemed confused that we did not have a breakfast voucher, but we did not mind paying.

United StatesBreakfast in Sunday morning was great, it was a full hot breakfast buffet. Breakfast on Monday morning was subpar. It was only a single tray of pastries and bagels. Disappointing considering I prepaid for the full hot breakfast buffet ($15 per day) with the room in the booking and was not disclosed this information until check in. Room did not have enough outlets for charging things (only 1 outlet behind the bed, none on the nightstands). Only 1 of the 2 elevators was working the entire stay which was annoying considering the hotel was fully booked. Room could have been cleaner, there was dust on several things (bathroom and bedroom) which means the room is either not used enough or was not cleaned properly after the last time.
Location is great for the National Museum of the US Air Force and Wright-Patterson AFB, as well as accessing major highways around Dayton. Bed was very comfortable.

HungaryStaff generally not too nice with exceptions.. We had a noon checkout, we even hanged out the do not disturbe sign, still they were knockinv at 9:25 am (!!!) asking when we would leave. Oh god how mich I hate when they try to chase us away on the day of departure. Anyway breakfast ends at 9:am sharp, which is quite early according to my taste. Definitely a recorder for earrlest closing of breakfast in my travel experience. Overall could be a very good hotel but they do their best to ruin the experience. The beds are too small for two people unless they are on honeymoon totally glued together. A/C unit sounds like an airplane engine when turns on strange in the 21st xentury

United StatesI did not like having to set trash and wet towels out in front of the room. There was a bit of stuff on the floor in our room starting out that I was disappointed that certainly in my opinion could have been cleaned up with a little effort. Move the chair sweep under the chair a couple instances like that.
We did not eat breakfast any of the mornings that we were there. We elected to sleep in for the night we were there. My granddaughter loved that she could swim, she rated you guys a 10 out of 10.

United StatesThe tvs were way too small by todays standards. The breakfast was good but the selection as limited for the price. Not everyone likes melon for breakfast. Serve some bananas and offer some flavored coffee creamers for coffee drinkers.
