The room stayed a constant hot 75 no matter how low we put the ac on. Made it very uncomfortable to sleep. I also wasn't fond of the fact we couldn't open our curtains because our room looked straight down into the large lobby ans everyone could see us.

I booked the hotel for the indoor hot tub and there was no hot tub. It was shown on the website with a hot tub. Very disappointed! Had plans to get in the hot tub after our long drive!

Booking.com listed that there was a hot tub- the only reason I picked this hotel over one closer to downtown. When I arrived and found out that there was not one available, I was also told by the staff that they had let all of the online booking companies know that the hot tub was not working. When I contacted Booking.com to let them know, they let me know that they would ask the hotel for a refund. Of course, they refused. Booking.com should be giving me the refund. The front desk staff was nice enough to give me a couple of breakfast passes to make up for my disappointment. Turning left out of the hotel parking lot (the way you need to go to get to the interstate) is dangerous. There should be a way to go to a light instead.

The hotel, room and staff were very nice. The location was close enough to the Asheville attractions, but you definitely need to drive. Oure room was right by the pool, yet we were not bothered by the noise. The staff was friendly to our K9 companion.

Either my neighbor had a loud voice or there needed more insulation in the walls because I heard the whole conversation with his daughter about getting dressed and ready to go.

Parking was adequate, room was clean and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms was nice and clean. Liked the light up mirror. Staff was helpful and kind.

Had to pay for breakfast that at most hotels is included. Way too expensive for what you get. Check in lady not very friendly but not rude either. No cleaning staff spoke English so hard to get extra towels.

The smell of chlorine from the pool near the lobby area . Would have enjoyed some outdoor seating perhaps a fire pit for evenings .

It was great to have a nice restaurant and bar in the facility that had great service and food. It made for a relaxed travel experience. The bartender/waiter was great and the food tasteful.

Tried to tell housekeeping that we needed 10 minutes more to get out so she could come in and clean as I was injured and on crutches. She nodded and said ok but then never came to clean so all our food garbage was in the room for two days, beds not made etc. Upon checkout I found out she did not speak any English and did not understand me but instead of saying something like “no English” she said ok and then never cleaned. That should never happen for guests. The rest of the stay was perfectly fine. If any staff will not understand you, guests should know that to avoid this happening.

The NOISE. We had a room on the 3rd floor by the pool. And it was so hard to sleep in. Then all morning we heard doors slamming and vacuum running. Did not get any rest Sunday morning. We was looking forward to some peace and quiet. However if we stay again we will request a room not by the pool area

The hotel was beautiful. In a great location. The beds were soft and comfortable. Was impressed they had DOVE products in the bathroom. Staff was very friendly. Would stay again.
