The bathtub water came out brown for a little and I also didn’t like that there were hair strands on the bed and the shower.

The room I booked was a suite with a courtyard view. I got a standard room with a view of the parking lot and I-78.

The hotel was just ok. There are a lot newer and nicer hotels in the area. This was an older hotel that was remodeled. I still has the same layout as the old hotel. The rooms were nice but a little on the small side.

Only one issue...our room was located on the highway side of the building and there was some noise due to constant passing of cars and trucks during the night. Would request a different side on next visit.

Very clean and modern room and facility. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We were able to check in a little earlier than our scheduled time. The breakfast was delicious and served hot and timely.

Only one thing: The handicap parking spaces were a wee bit far away from the building.....

I liked the generous size room and the large bathroom/vanity space. The coffee was exceptionally good as it was strong yet smooth. Cleanliness overall was outstanding! And the shower was wonderful!

Very very modern, high quality, clean, large rooms. Much better than many other similar-priced hotels in the surrounding 5-10 miles. The facility itself was very well built - good sound dampening, good climate control, good outside insulation. The room was wonderfully quiet even though near a highway.

Room service did not come to our room at all. We stayed 3 nights, and had garbage piling up. Breakfast was not included, however, it is fairly priced and actually really delicious.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The fitness center was also immaculate. The pool was big and there were plenty of chairs surrounding it.

No soda machine on our floor, pretty small hotel overall, and neighbors noise could easily be heard in our room. On the morning of checkout a room across the hall was sleeping through their alarm and it could be heard clearly enough in our room for me to think it was my alarm.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean, and the hotel seemed well kept. Nothing very fancy, but nice enough for an overnight stay and the event we were attending was held at this hotel which was nice.

We asked for our room to be cleaned everyday and it wasn’t clean ever. Could not get towel so had to use dirty towels the whole time. No microwave in room. Beds were uncomfortable. There was a computer clitch in the system and I was overcharged $700 for my stay which I am still waiting to be refunded. Also, I was not notified of the problem that they were aware of. I had to call two days to find out about the clitch even after asking for the manager to call me. There isn’t a continental breakfast anymore but it seems that they give that to guest with a pantry pass. Just more things taken away that you have to pay for now. Hotel computer didn’t work either.

The Restaurant is horrible. They are so slow I could of went to another Restaurant, eat, come back and still wouldn't have my food. The tables weren't clean, no silverware, no condiments, no salt and pepper.
