We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandFound the bathroom a bit small and dated. Shower/bath taps were very peculiar to turn on/off......took a call to housekeeping to understand how they worked. Would have preferred a shower-only option for our room option, however apparently they only come with a shower inside a bath for our type of room (i.e. 2 x double beds).
Great location overlooking Clear Lake and in close proximity to NASA Space Centre as well as Kemah Boardwalk, and not that far from Galverston. Not far from Interstate 45 Freeway. Room was quite spacious with a nice sized TV. Nice restaurant in the hotel with friendly staff in the restaurant. Front-desk staff also very helpful and friendly. Also liked the fact that they have a small facility in the hotel where you can buy some food, drinks, essentials that you would normally have to go outside a hotel to buy. There was complimentary coffee and tea in this facility.

United KingdomOn initial assessment and from a distance the hotel looks terrific, however, closer inspection of the room and the bathroom in particular, shows it is in desperate need of refurbishment. Some of the sealant around the bath looks to have been completed by a six year old. The room is big and the beds were comfortable, but close inspection once again shows a tired room overall which is a pity, as otherwise I would have happily scored it higher.
The staff, facilities and location of the hotel are excellent.

United StatesThe pull out knob on bathtub was VERY VERY VERY difficult to pull out, The sliding glass door ,,,there was a huge gap warm air came in to room,,,we pushed a chair against it and the room was able to get cool,,there was a leak from ceiling right when you enter the room but didn't realize this til we were packing to leave....
The view, room was made up when we got back from our NASA tour, the Conair hair dryer,,,I bought myself one as soon as I got home, parking was close,beds very comfortable, good quality bedding

From carpet to bathroom/ there was a fan in the bathroom but it didn't work/ bathroom was small and no circulation/ no storage for towels/ ventilation is much needed/ we had to switch rooms because our 1st room (with a balcony) had a major AC leak and the floor was soaked! Definitely overpriced because of the need for updating!
The staff were Amazing/ the Breakfast was above expectations!!! The view is spectacular!!!

SpainVery tired decor. Looks like it hasn’t been upgraded for years. Bathrooms not user friendly. Whole place needs a major facelift. Servicing of rooms was very erratic, ended up just finding fresh towels off the trolley. Pool area was as dismal as the decor inside. We need a hotel on NASA1 for 3 or 4 stays a year of about a week each time. We will look elsewhere in future. Such a shame it does not reflect the Hilton brand in a better light.
