Room Service Could have Been MUCH Better! I realize that it was supposed to happen every other day, BUT on the day we were supposed to have it- we did not get it. A gentleman did knock on the door at 9am, but we were not quite ready so I asked if he would come back to clean in ONE HOUR.He agreed and said he would. We left the room 45 mns later prepared to be gone for the day. When we returned that evening we expected a tidy room, made beds, fresh towels, etc. to No Avail. No One cleaned our room. I was Soo disappointed! That is the only thing that went wrong during our stay, but it was kind of Big to me. Im guessing that the room attendant simply forgot to return to our room after bypassing us. Whatever the reason, it was a total letdown.

The Very Best and Most Memorable Part of My Stay was my interactions with Ms. Natasha at the Front Desk. She was Simply a Delight! She gave good suggestions about restaurants to consider and activities for my group to partake in! She engaged with us as soon as we hit the door- making us feel Welcome and Super Special! She is a True Gem!

Breakfast ok parking excellent. Would have liked more drawers to accommodate clothes apart from hanging facilities. Had to live out of a suitcase which I cannot stand

The bed was very uncomfortable. Super hard! Felt like we were laying on hardwood.

Location, building, breakfast, and especially staff were all amazing! The only down fall was how uncomfortable the bed was, but even with that issue we would stay again! Hands down the best staff I’ve ever encountered!

Mattress seems to have run its course, needs to retire. Also the per day rate they charge to park your car in the garage is too high.

The temperature in the lobby and the hallways of the rooms was very inconsistent. Sometimes quite warm and sometimes very cool.

Within walking distance from the Arch and the stadium. The parking on site was very easy gain access to. Rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The free continental breakfast is good too.

One particular front desk staff, long braided hair. I did not get her name. She was always welcoming and courteous. Breakfast, clean room, great view of the arch.

The breakfast was not great in my opinion, I was expecting more especially saying I paid over $500 for 2 nights. The room was older and dirty. I will probably just stay at a different hotel next time.
