Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Wonderful place to stay. Clean and well managed. We stay here for one week every year. For the record we are not vacation members. We simply book a week on booking.com.

Czech RepublicThe only thing which we didnt like was that we had a suite for 4 pople. It was rely nice and clean but it had only one bed and a foldible couch. It was really impossible to sleap on the couch. The mattress was very uncomfortable. So one of our kid (13 years old) slept with us in the bed and the other 14 year old rather slept on the floor. It was a big pitty because if ihe couch was more comfortable I would say that it was one of the best hotel I ever went too.

SpainI understand it is a smoke-free building and i completely support the policy, as i agree that non-smokers should not be annoyed by the smoke of others. Nevertheless, for a smoker/vaper it is still a very unplesent experience. I don’t think having a small area outside the entrance where smokers could vape/smoke would bother anyone, especially if the area is far from passage of pedestrian. As for now instead you literraly have to go outside the gates of the hotel as everywhere there is the no smoking sign
We liked everything, starting from how the hotel entrance/lobby was well maintained, the friendly staff, the huge amazing room, as well as the fitness center and pool. Was a short stay (2 nights) but i definitly had a great experience

FranceThe little store in the hotel does not display prices and is very expensive. Besides, the staff at the store was not very friendly but asked for a tip. It is a little walk to the center of the strip.
We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip. The apartment was very nice, spacious, and had a very comfortable king size bed (sofabed for kids was ok too). The kitchen was well equipped, we appreciated to have a washing machine and dryer in the room. The pool area was very nice. We definitely recommend and would book again.
