Room seems outdated, noises from the highway and other guests especially during the weekend.

Nice pool, decent sport room, central location, overall great stay with the kids.

Nothing to complain about!

The balcony was spacious. The room had LOTS of windows which I loved, but also thick curtains for those who don’t want sun light in the morning. Also pet friendly!

Walls were a bit thin and you could hear neighbours watching TV. Also, the staff asked that all my family came to the reception with their IDs, which was very weird.

It was unexpectedly modern and clean. Furniture was new.

Security does not patrol and my daughter in law with her two small children had an incident at 11:30 PM of a man and woman banging on the room door saying house keeping. They banged the door several times. Looking through the peep hole it was seen the man had a bag over his shoulder. My daughter in law never opened the door. Pretty scary incident

I like the location of the hotel was great, because it was right by the freeway entrance and a lot of food spots, old hotel but the rooms are remodeled and nice and clean. For the price it was worth a stay and I’ll be sure to be back

The front desk had some difficulties with the reservation and with the check out . They also failed to notify us when our rooms were ready.

Just the lady at the front desk has an attitude. I went to ask for towels she said their dryer is not working. She's lying bevause I've seen many towels. Plus the curtains were ripped in the room. It's my worst stay in san diego!

We weren’t told there was no elevator so it was difficult get our baby and luggage up the stairs

There were a few stains we found on the covers which were gross , and there were stairs instead of an elevator but it’s ok , doesn’t hurt to have a small workout haha

Spent a two day stay with my bestfriend. Front desk lady was very welcoming and kind. The bed was very comfy and we enjoyed the pool/jacuzz. Loved the balcony and location, everything was pretty close by which was amazing!! We went to seaworld, the red room escape room, malls, Cheesecake Factory , and more! Overall such a beautiful and relaxing stay. And most of all, loved the AC lol

They charge $18 a night for parking but there is no security gate to get in, anyone can come in and park. That fee is ridiculous.

I sent with my wife only one night at this hotel. I wouldn't recommend it to someone. The hotel is really old, not very clean, and maintained so bed. We came back from the event around 10.30pm and found our door lock doesn't work and we coulnd opened it. We needed waiting at the hotel lobby 2 hours till 00.30am when maintenance guy opened it. The hotel promised us to reimburse some room cost, but didn't do it.

It's a bit old and ran down but it does the job.

Close to the airport and the zoo. Easy public transport to San Diego Old Town and Train station. The staff were nice. Our bedroom was clean.

We love this hotel because of the pool. The staff are friendly. The bar staff could have used an extra person that day, but I had time so I waited. The beds aren't as comfortable as I like, but again I'm there for the pool!

Front desks lady ! Kind of mean to rude when we asked about the pool she said we will go over the rules with you . We were checking in when my husband asked .

The room is small but has everything we needed for the day , the pool was really nice and they have drinks and food available for purchase in the same spot by the pool! Which is very convenient for the family with kids like us.

Hair found in the bath with the bath backing up, charged for using the telephone 7 times in 3 days when it was not used once, FOH could not refund and had to chase the manager to refund ‘the glitch in their system’ which took 2 days to get a reply, breakfast I ordered a side of sausages each day and got 3 for $7 last day I received 2 and when I asked why the change the waiter replied ‘I dunno know, the kitchen decide’ and these guys want upwards of 18% tip?
