You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The evening desk person offered no information about our stay but did smile alot and he would go outside and sit in his car when not busy. Bed was very hard, had no give at all. Shower door at the bottom edge and sliding track hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Breakfast person was very grouchy and we were told that a lot of food items were gone from a previous large group that stayed there.

United StatesThere were no plastic knives out to cut waffles or bagels. After requesting a knife, it took 5 minutes to bring it and the food was cold by then. There were ants crawling over the cereal boxes. The bathroom door in the room scraped on the floor and wouldn't open or close completely. There was no room number indicated in the hall. The day after we made the reservation, we requested a change in the number of guests and never got any response from the hotel.

The room was spacious enough, clean and the pillows were surprisingly comfortable. The mattresses were pretty basic and not as comfortable.

United StatesAfter I was unpacked,there were ants in my room. They got in my food. I was moved to another room At first it was mentioned I would be accommodated for the inconvenience and unpleasant event. When I checked out I was only told to contact booking.com since I booked with them. Of course Booking. com put the blame on the hotell. In return I received nothing, not even a reimbursement for our dinner which the ants took over.
